She is what Brits call “Jordan wannabe”. This outfit is just an exact rip off idea of Jordan’s from 4, 5 yrs ago (where she only wore a couple of belts and a mini skirt.) Anyone who thinks copying Jordan is a good idea to be famous is outside of my understanding, and anyone who wears anything like this when one looks awful (at least Jordan looked like something ELSE) is beyond baffling.
