I don’t think she’s old at 48 that’s all and I get ur point about her trying too hard or wanting to be what she’s not but at that same time I disagree with that school of thought that says that minute a woman hits a certain age she should pack er up and head for the nearest convent (also not literally). Men are rarely criticized for being middle-aged and still trying. People are still viable after 40.

As for wanting all the attention focused on herself ~ isn’t that same with everyone in the entertainment industry???? Keeping the attention on themselves is how they generate interest and make money. It can be a narcissistic career choice.

Lola, honestly her music at this point is shit, plain and simple.  So that’s why she needs to be stopped.  Why do you think she’s trying to over compensate by trying to act 21.  If the music was worth a crap she wouldn’t have to, the music would speak for itself. As for all celebrities being attention whores, I’m well aware of that.  Therefore I equally make fun of each and every one of them!
