Sarah Jessica Parker has slammed the likes of Victoria Beckham and other stick-thin stars for shedding their baby weight too quickly.

The stylish actress was told she had to keep the weight on after giving birth and thinks super-slim new mums send out the wrong message.

Sarah Jessica - who has a three year old son with husband Mathew Broderick - said:

"There's all this emphasis on losing weight. Look at Posh Spice or whoever. But that life is not what's real.

"Luckily, my doctor told me: 'You have to eat well and keep the weight on if you're going to nurse that baby.' That's what's important."

Meanwhile the beautiful star admits she doesn't like shopping or clothes. The actress says she's completely different from Carrie Bradshaw, the style icon she played in 'Sex and the City'.

The 40-year-old also insists she only looks good because she has stylists and make-up artists pampering her all day long.

She confessed: "I have a team of experts round-the-clock.

"I'm actually not Carrie Bradshaw, you know. I'm not a shopper."

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t really mind Sarah Jessica Parker so much. But if she’s got a team of pros to work on her, you’d think they could do something with her nose.

whats wrong about her nose? She has a really beautiful and unique face. And she sounds really nice.

Usually SJP is pretty classy and stays out of celebrity spats, so I am surprised she decided to name Posh specifically instead of just keeping it general.

I’m no doctor, but I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to be able to see the inner workings of someone’s respiratory system under a dress.

I’m glad that SJP didn’t feel the need to spend thousands altering her looks to make the world happy.  She’s obviously happy with herself and that is such a nice change from the majority of her peers. 

I wish I had her stylists to do my shopping…she’s always so put together.

Maybe those other women didn’t nurse their babies you equine faced know it all. Every character in SATC had their own unique qualities except hers. Her character could have been played by just about anyone. Her future holds nothing more than being a NYC Social Hag.

i think its a shame about Posh. She could really be sooo beautiful if she looked healthier and a bit more curvy and juicy. She looks dry and bone thin whichh ages her and makes her look a bit skanky too. Anyway SJP has no room to spew this crap. Look at her ugly ass face. And I cannot remember ONE time hearing from her and NOT hearing also about her “fast metabolism” and how she is soo lucky to have such a natural fast metaboluism. Please. BTW she DID have a nose job about three or four yrs ago. I remember her and Jennifer Grey were both voted STILL ASS UGLY post surgery. too bad.

She’s such a bull shit liar. She had that baby during the next to the last season of SatC and she definitely dropped that weight like hot potatoe. As for not liking to shop and wear clothes, then explain to me her three or four vovers of Vogue within three years where she talked about all her fav designers and where she liked to shop. On top of that this girl was also on Oprah selling her admittedly excellent perfume (which I went against better judgement and purchased) taking the audience around all her favorite clothing shops in NYC. Liar and a hypocrite. At least Posh is admitting that she doesn’t wanna be fat. God, sometimes I wish celebrities would keep their mouths clothes and just continue to act and be pretty (well, not the latter on SJP’s part!)

SJP is a giant hypocrite. 8 weeks after having her baby i remember she was on the cover of some magazine talking about how yoga got her back in pre-baby shape in no-time and there was a multi-page spread featuring her freaking 6 pack abs. and muscular legs.

I hate it when celebs “slam” other celebs; it just makes them seem petty and jealous. Besides, Beckham has a prettier face, but SJP has sex appeal.

I’m sorry but I really can’t see where all this sex appeal is. I think she’s a sharp dresser, and that’s about all she is. But a chain smoking, fugly, hypocrite is just too many flaws in one person. I don’t like that woman.
