Scarlett Johansson is to design and model her own line of sportswear.

Sportswear giant Reebok have signed the actress up to help create their
Scarlett 'Hearts' Rbk range - a new "high-end signature line of retro-chic
footwear and clothing".

In a statement, the 21-year-old actress said: "Reebok has a rich heritage in
developing and designing cutting-edge women's products which makes them an
ideal company to partner with to launch Scarlett 'Hearts' Rbk.

"I am very enthusiastic about working with Reebok to design this line."

President and CEO of the company, Paul Harrington, added: "Scarlett embodies
the pulse points of our brand - individuality, authenticity and a life lived
to the fullest in perpetual motion."

"These characteristics make her the perfect fit for our new women's
campaign."

Scarlett is no stranger to product endorsement.

The 'Lost in Translation' actress is also currently a spokesmodel for
L'Oreal's Paris cosmetics range, has posed for Louis Vuitton and a number of
Calvin Klein perfume advertisements.

Why the hell would Reebok want Scarlett?  She’s not an athlete, not known for even being sporty!  Reebok is stupid- I haven’t bought anything by them snce 1987 anyway.

This world is so fucked up. Actual designers should be designing lines of clothing, NOT celebs who don’t know shit about designing! I’m so pissed!

Their hoping her current star status will finally make them money.

Not that I don’t like Scarlett, I’m pretty impartial to her at most.  But I’ve never seen photos or hear of her exercising.  So, interesting choice by Reebok.  I think they’re trying to cash in on her name more than what she’d represent.

This is dumb - how much do you wanna bet she will have NOTHING to do with the actual design process.  Lame.

Help design the line - my ass.  I am also sick of the celeb “turned designers” out there.  What a crock of shit whether it’s Scarlett or some other celeb.

I can’t stand her face and her voice makes me want to hurl. She sounds like a man with a cold. So I will not be buying “her” clothes.

I stopped wearing Reebok in high school, who fucking cares who’s endorsing the line?

I gotta say she’s one sexy bitch!

although, hate to be this picky, but look at her picture where she has her legs crossed (pic No. 5) and you’ll see why no sports line of clothing should have her as their spokesmodel.  Maybe she should start doing some toning up.  She is only 20.  From here on, it will only get worse if she doesnt get off her ass and burn off the cellulite.

This is like asking Jessica Simpson (chuckle!) to model the crown jewels - for the Queen of England.  But maybe publicity of any kind is better than no publicity at all…...

I think she looks pretty, god forbid someone be imperfect and have a little cellulite, even people that work out still have cellulite, I’m glad shes a healthy weight and not another bobble head. And as far as the whole designer thing goes, None of the celebrities ever design shit they put their name on, so why pick on her it’s all about money anyway.

I love how although she is not orange with fake tits, a perfect nose, nor “perfect” anything, she is fucking fabulous and probably one of the most attractive women out there now.  My other vote is for Maggie Gylenhal.  Of course Angelina is beautiful, but if you think about it she is masculine, which makes her even more great.  Hopefully soon, most people will realize that not fitting the mould makes you more beautiful.

Raggedy ann..I’ll bet when Serena Williams sits down and crosses her legs you can see cellulite.  I have worked out for 16 years, my legs are solid muscle (and quite beautiful I might add), but when I sit an squeeze my legs together like that, the same shit happens.  Women’s fat deposits are just made that way.  Give her a break.

OMG she´s soooo beautiful!! Look at her face! There are so few people in hollywood who are naturally amazing looking- she´s one of them for sure.

I don’t get why they pick Scarlett for this either. She does look very nice with her current hair color though and she looks very pretty in these pictures.

P.S. Reebok sucks. I’ve never wanted to buy anything from it.

She could’ve at least wore some reebok gear, that’s like her signing to a record label.
