Tom Cruise who is currently expecting his first biological baby with Katie Holmes has depended on nannies to raise his other two adopted children, Isabelle, 13 and Conner, 10.

Suzanne Hansen who has worked for Debra Winger, Danny Devito and Mike Orvitz has just written a book, "You'll Never Nanny in This Town Again" detailing her babysitting adventures.

She told Page Six and The Insider:

"Tom would make his nannies sign confidentiality agreements that were so strict, they couldn't even say for whom thet were working. So basically if [Cruise] went on camera and said how he didn't have any help raising his children, they couldn't say anything."

Hansen, who knew his ex wife Nicole Kidman and Cruise while they were together also added this bombshell:

"I never saw her."

Tom Cruise wants to silence anyone that has had any significant interaction with him. He censored a hilarious episode of South Park in Britain last week because it portrayed him as being gay.

Now, it only makes sense he would make arrangements just the same for relationships with lovers.

Fascinating.  Just fascinating.  Weird, wild stuff.  I read somewhere else that when he and Katie recently stayed in New York, they actually stayed in separate rooms in the hotel (this was from a hotel worker who remained anonymous).

Yes! I heard that as well. It only adds to what is already being said.

Well, big deal, I would have my nannies sign confidentiality agreements too if I was in his position. And I guess I wouldn’t appreciate people inferring I was gay when I wasn’t. The only really interesting thing here is the Nicole thing.

Doesn’t that make you think, though? The nanny who raised his kids never, ever saw their mother? Isn’t that kind of strange?

Strange indeed!  Wonder what the juicy details are behind that bombshell!?! 

Tons of actors and actresses are able to take care of there own children w/out the help of nannies. If you were’nt able to do that then Tom you should have kept your pants on. This is just a friggin strange couple and if Katie was smart she should pray that this alien worshipping person will get taken away by his alien ship and never come back. If you can’t spend the time with your kids then don’t have them. Stop depending on others to do your job.

meeeown…not that strange when you consider that tom’s kids are home-schooled by Scientologists. when was the last time you saw Nicole with either of the kids? i don’t recall seeing ANY pics of her with the children at all on here. i think tom got the kids in the divorce somehow and is raising them up in his wacky cult and nic has nothing to do with them anymore.

I’m not big on celebrity “tell all” books, but GAWD I’d totally buy the first one off the shelf if SOMEONE would just spill the beans about Tom and Nicole and all the weirdness.  It would be fascinating.

And Katie is yet again hiding her belly…anyone else notice that?

i believe it….that’s why this tom is making sure to be seen at these soccer games mashing his lips against katie..and explains why we don’t nicole spending time with them.. it’s cuz she probably never really spent time with them

I think the former nanny implied that she never saw Nic during the course of their marriage.  I would pay an entire paycheque - all 80 pesos! - for a tell-all book on Tom Cruise.  All those confidentiality agreements they made their staff sign—what is so important that they keep confidential? Hmmmm???

I can’t figure out what Nicole Kidman got out of their marriage, except I guess a springboard for her career.  But jesus…to be forever linked to that nutjob?  Who has custody of their kids, anyway?  Does Nicole ever end up at the same soccer games as Tomkat?

You mean it took Crazy Tom all this time to now censor South Park?  The episode was on American TV 2 or 3 months ago.

Crazy Tom is heading in the footsteps of Wacko Jacko and we all know how that turned out.

Tom’s kids were adopted - and Nicole played her role in the Steford Wives for a reason.  Her other role was playing wife for Tom to make him seem straight.
