So I suppose clipping a cop car and getting arrested for DUI last month wasn't enough trouble for Amanda Bynes. Law enforcement officials told TMZ that a man driving near the intersection of Crescent Heights and Melrose Blvd. was sideswiped by a Range Rover trying to pass on the right. Since the driver didn't stop after the "hit and run" the man called the police to report the incident, but took matters into his own hands and followed the SUV himself. In addition to street police, a police helicopter was dispatched to track the run-a-way ride and in case emergency services were needed.

Once the cops finally caught up with Bynes, she played dumb and said she had no idea that she hit another car. SURE!!! The damage to her car was practically nothing!!! Amanda was cooperative with the police and exchanged the necessary details with the other driver. Bynes wasn't given a citation and the case is PRETTY much closed.
