Angelina Jolie has hinted she and Brad Pitt might give up their movie
careers to focus on their family.
The actress - who has two adopted children, Maddox, five, Zahara, 23 months,
and her and Brad's seven-month-old biological daughter Shiloh Nouvel -
insists the couple don't want to be working parents who never see their
children.
She told US chat show host Larry King: "I'm hoping that as we got older, we'll
do less films. And just to know, we don't raise our kids in Hollywood.
"They don't go to sets every day. They travel the world and we do many, many
other things."
Angelina - who recently spent time in India filming 'A Mighty Heart', which
is being produced by Brad - wants her children to know their parents as more
than just famous film stars.
She said: "Hopefully, they don't think this is just what their parents do
for a living. They will know many other things about who we are."
In the interview, Angelina, 31, also paid tribute to her mother, actress
Marcheline Bertrand, 56, who has been battling ovarian cancer.
She said: "She's a remarkable woman. She's very strong. Her spirit is
unbroken."
I hope they do stay out of Hollywood for the sake of all married men living in the area…. I for one will not be dishing out my cash to view ANY of EITHER one of their flicks in the future. They both suck. They are both responsible for their actions.

you can totally tell in that pic of angie with her mom that she had her nose done…so much for natural beauty. she’s still insanely hot, even if i hate her.
who cares what their plans are for quitting hollywood. not that revolutionary. demi moore vanished at the heigh of her career and skeddaddles off to Montana or some place for about 8 years. then when her kids were older she came back (with lots of plastic done to look hot) and now she’s stinking it up in P.O.S. movies like Full Throttle.

I personally will not miss them when they go, the sooner the better..Theres enough hos and skanks in hollywood, we can all do without a couple of them..IMO, its all talk, they aren’t going anywhere, they love the attention way too much to give it up!

Is she really that delusional to think her and Brad will grow old together? Hon, this voodoo curse you put on Brad is going to wear off soon; he will wake and wonder where is his common sense.
But, we all believe in happily ever after; only, that is a very rare thing amongs actors. I hope they can make a run at it; however, seeing that they “both” have questionable backgrounds and never seemed to stay in relationship long, I wouldn’t put my money that they will last too long.
I guess we are “all” only human after all. She seems like a very caring person—who just probably gets wacky from the stress of finding yourself in your 20’s. I hope the best for her mother.

Well good for her. As always, Team Jolie-Pitt. I’m sure they have invested wisely and never have to make movies again if they choose not to. I’m not necessarily a fan of these two movie wise (though both have had a few memorable roles that I’ve enjoyed) but I do like them, or at least the idea of them as I don’t really know them.

If you watch “Midnight Cowboy” with Jon Voight and Dustin Hoffman, you will definitely see the resembalance between Angie and her father. When he was younger, their faces are actually quite similar.

Like that is a measure of a couple staying together—like couples with children and who have great sex don’t part ways. They will have to deal with each other until their kids become of age; but they will part ways.

Tyraskanks oh they will part ways I agree but not as soon as most Hollywood marriages as I predict. Brad’s 4th wife is right now being born and his third wife will be one of the Olsen twins ... all I’m saying is that the union will last 5-7 years which is equal to 20-25 in normal people’s marriages.
But i love these 2 one of the very few Hollywood couples I like mostly because of their love of social justice issues and not buying the biggest house in Hollywood like Catherine Zeta and her corpse of a husband.
