Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will reportedly earn almost $2 million for photographs of their newly adopted son.

According to Radar magazine, Angelina - who adopted three-year-old Vietnamese orphan Pax Thien Jolie last week - is said to have agreed to sell pictures of her new son to People magazine for between $1.75 million and $2 million.

However, a People spokesperson has described that figure as "absurd".

The spokesperson added: "We don't comment on the specifics on any negotiations."

Intimate pictures of mother and child are now appearing on the front cover of Hello magazine after they were given exclusive access to Angelina's family album.

The magazine features a series of pictures of Pax getting to know sister Zahara and falling asleep next to new brother Maddox.

Brad and Angelina commanded a staggering $4.1 million - which they donated to an undisclosed charity - for photographs of them with their biological daughter Shiloh just after she was born.

As well as Pax, Brad and Angelina have two adopted children, Cambodian son Maddox, five, and two-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara. Their daughter together Shiloh is now 10 months old.

Intimate photos? Since when did angelina snap intimate pictures with her kids. I think it would have been way more loving and intimate if she would’ve sold the pictures of her, brad, and shiloh on the cover of a magazine. I know they had photos of her but it wasn’t intimate. Imho their relationship just don’t seem to be loving or like a real relationship.

I agree Agent, I don’t think they have a “real” relationship.  He wanted kids and found this freak of nature that’d do anything in the world for attention, and get pregnant on purpose, so he’s with her. Hope he gets tired soon.

And isn’t it sweet how she’s letting the new kid on the block get use to the family before pushing him in front of the cameras for her own personal gain? LOL.  What an attention whore!

O.K. the first adoption was touching. The second maybe touching. Now the whole Brad and Angie family thing is just blasé.

Adopting is a lot easier that putting out a decent movie. She’s looking more and more like warmed over death but I’d still do her.

The poor kid speaks a foreign language, knows nothing about the USA and wonders who the f*ck this lady is with the big lips, carrying him away from the only home and family he’s ever known. She figures the best way to ease him into his new life is to pose for photographs with a group of strangers hanging all over him? Yeah, like that poor little kid isn’t scared out of his wits right now. What the hell is wrong with people? She has no business adopting ANY kid until she takes better care of the ones she already has. Now that he’s been dumped into this bizarre world, she’s made plans to leave him to go make a movie! Go figure!

I bet the kids have seen pictures of their mom making out with her own brother by now & intimate photos like these aren’t going to correct that little mishap in Herpelina’s past

she’s unbelivable, why did she had to go and take these pictures so quickly? Why not wait till she got together with ther other 1/2 of her “so called family” and then do a photo shoot??? i couldn’t agree more chin lee and justcurious…apart from it being such a tired subject, i think it’s not healthy to adopt a kid right away, i mean, shiloh hasn’t even turned 1 yet…i pity her..she’s probably gonna compete for her mother’s attention all her life..
