Angelina Jolie always supports her man. Angie joined by son Maddox were on hand to watch Brad Pitt at a press conference in the Lower 9th Ward in New Orleans the other day. Pitt was there to promote the rebuliding project that he's involved with in an effort to help the recovery of the city after Hurricane Katrina. The Pitt clan will spend Christmas in New Orleans this year as well.

Meanwhile Page Six reports that "husband" Brad picks out Angie's simple but better fashions and rocks a better do than his hot counterpart:

Angelina Jolie may not be keen on marriage, but she calls Brad Pitt her “husband,” an insider told PageSix.com. And she’s more dependent on him than she lets on, according to the source. The Beowulf star doesn’t like to dress without his input and prefers when he picks out her evening wear himself. “Angelina likes when he dresses her,” said the insider.

And her style has certainly undergone a transformation since she began letting Brad run rampant through her wardrobe, according to designer and stylist Nicole Young. “There’s been a definite swing in her wardrobe choices," Young told PageSix.com. "The 'less is more philosophy' is what she got from Brad. She's cleaned up and paired down. She’s become more ladylike.”

Despite Jolie's newfound dependence on her man of two years, there’s still a healthy level of competition. The insider revealed that one thing Jolie doesn’t like is the fact that Pitt's hair always looks good. Apparently the former Sexiest Man Alive doesn't suffer from bed head. “She thinks his hair looks better than hers when they're alone together,” says the source.

For christ’s sake, Pitt just donated six million to help build 150 homes in the lower ninth ward in New Orleans.

He wears a hat because he is promoting the “save the 9” or whatever foundation who are building the homes. If you buy the hat, you support rebuilding the 9th ward. He’s trying to make is trendy. For a good cause? Yes. Incredibly narcissitic and strange? Definitely. Actors are overpaid and they know it!!!

Wait, are they planting stories and trying to tell us that Brad has good fashion sense so we buy the hat and support the cause? How strangely sinister! Could that be true? Weird.

They’re a couple of attention whores.  They WANT everyone to know all about the charity work they do… if they really wanted to keep it under wraps, they would, but instead they trumpet on and on and on about it.  Why?  Because they get off on the attention.

They’re not inspiring anyone to follow in their footsteps, because the things they do can’t be easily done by members of their “target audience”, a.k.a the average American.  And that’s just the way they like it.  They want to be the do-gooder golden couple who are out saving the world’s poor, unfortunate orphans because it’s glamorous and showy and great for their image.  Meanwhile, there are abused and starving children right here in the U.S.  But, hey, that’s not as politically correct or fashionable.  Same with donating money to help out New Orleans… how nice of them to show up and throw a few million to such an exciting, high-profile city.  I’m sure that money will go towards rebuilding landmarks, nightclubs and the historical district instead of helping the average man just trying to get by.

I am not impressed by these two, because it’s obvious that they do what they do for the wrong reasons.
