I don’t believe it’s Stern.  I still think the father is the photographer - she told HIM first that it was HIS baby..what gives??? 

I’m sure Stern has feelings for her, but he’s certainly made a lot of money off her too.  Besides that, the baby looks nothing like him - looks like the other guy.

I agree. And they have already given the name on t.v. I can’t remember what it is though…it’s too early.

The baby’s name is Danni-Lynn Hope

Danni- in memory of Daniel
Lynn- because Daniel used to call hie mom- Mama-Lynn (which is Anna’s middle name)
&
Hope- because of the current situation

What a mess!  Watching the show a blind man could see that Howard K. was infactuated with Anna Nicole.  So I don’t doubt he might love her.  I just have doubts that Anna returns those feelings.

I hope everything works out for them. After everything with her son she deserves some happiness.

Yeah, I’m not sure I buy this paternity claim.  Does Howard K. Stern have any other clients?  And, if not, how does he make any money?  As far as I know, Anna hasn’t gotten a single dime out of her J. Howard Marshall case.  I realize she makes other money (TrimSpa, etc.), but it is limited.  So, his only source of income is Anna Nicole herself?  How convenient.  I wonder if she is paying him to make this claim.

If this is true, Howard Stern is in serious ethical breach of the rules of professional responsibility and could (and should) be disciplined for it. I’m an attorney and I can tell you that Stern’s behavior is seriously disturbing and unethical.

I wish her the best. If they get married, good for them. After everything she has gone through , she really deserves some happiness. She’ll never be the same, but hopefully she’ll have better days.

Wow and the story turns into a soap opera. And as janice stated what he did was very unethical.

I don’t think AT ALL that it’s his child either. I think that he has been in love with Anna for many years but i think anna never took him up on his feelings. He is comming out saying this to protect Anna from this other dude taking her child away. If they do get married, i think it will be for show. I thinkthey would make great couple though. Howard truely loves Anna, and i don’t think he would ever betray her.

I agree Janice. He should be disbarred if this is actually his kid, and if not, he should be disbarred for flat out lying.  Perhaps Anna Nicole fears the real dad will want joint custody or full custody and then she’ll have to pay child support.

I KNEW HE WAS HITTING THAT! i always need he probbly had feelings for her to put up with all her bullshit. i mean even with all the potential money she might come into, if this lawsui ever gets settled, she was still too crazy and fucked up for way too long for him to stick around unless he was in love with her or something.

as sick and wormy as he is, i bet he’s the only man who really understand poor, crazy anna nicole. and daniel’s death probaly hurt him badly also b/c he’s been in that kid’s life for like a decade.

and i don’t think a lawyer can be disbarred for nailing his client…i think that only applies to doctor’s and shrinks. personally, i think balling your lawyer might save you some legal fees and he’s work harder for your win ha ha!

Stern marries his client…hmmmm. So now instead of getting 30% of the settlement (if she ever gets it), he gets fifty.

The instant I heard him say he was the baby’s father I told my husband that I did not believe it. I do, however, think his intentions are good. I think he is saying it to protect her and the baby from the other dude, which is a f*cking dog for coming out with this during such a tragic time for her. He is a f*cking @sswipe and an opportunist for doing that. No matter what, I wish her and Howard the best. I am quite sure she knows she has him to lean upon and she needs that stability right now.

I would agree in theory that Stern might have committed an ethical violation if he and Anna Nicole were having their affair while he was actively representing her, like during a trial.  But he’s more like a personal assistant.  Has he actually done any legal work for her ?

What about a non-attorney husband who chooses his attorney wife to represent him ?  Is that an ethics violation ?

i feel really bad for her about this awful situation.  most ppl wouldn’t be able to get through that…on top of just giving birtha nd having all of the hormones that come with that, not to mention post partum depression and media scrutiny….this morning they were joking about how evryone gets screwed by their lawyers on the radio
