The 'Pieces Of Me' singer donned sexy bed wear to launch the new Victoria's
Secret loungewear collection, Pink, in New York's Hudson River Park on
Wednesday (07.19.06).
She said: "It represents a young, sassy, more rock kind of girl and I like
to lounge around the house in that kind of stuff - booty shorts, boxers,
cute little tanks."
Ashlee - sister of 'Dukes of Hazzard' actress Jessica Simpson - also
confessed her boyfriend, Braxton Olita, gets turned on by her sexy pyjamas.
She added: "It's what I would wear and what my boyfriend thinks I look cute
in. I used to have pyjama parties too - and I still do. All of us girls put
on our pyjamas and watch DVDs in the back of the bus."
Ashlee performed a five-song set at the party before a screening of the 1986
cult film 'Pretty in Pink'.
The 21-year-old blonde also revealed she is looking forward to a well-earned
break and wants to follow in her sister's footsteps by launching an acting
career.
She said: "I'm actually going on vacation, so I'm relaxing and chilling for
a while. Then I'm going to make a new record, and I'm taking my time with
that, and then I'm going to be looking at scripts."
