Last June Britney supposedly changed her son's diaper at a Victoria Secret's store before handing it to a sales person.

I’ve always changed my kid’s diapers in the backseat, not in public restrooms. My daughter’s buttcheeks have not graced a Victoria’s Secrets countertop, though. While I have a thing about the nastiness in public restrooms, I don’t think Brit thinks twice about that, since she’s been photographed coming out of truckstop potties herself barefoot.
If it is true about her handing the sales person at VS her son’s dirty diaper I am quite shocked that it did not end up on friggin’ Ebay!

I agree with AgentHollywood too. Many people have changed their kids anywhere and everywhere. If it needs to get done then you need to get it done. The group in the photo is funny though.
pretty sure its quite normal and ok to change a diaper on the side of the road. people do it all the time. and its not like she asked the paparazzi to be there. give the girl a break geez.
