Britney Spears' cousin Alli Sims is to give legal evidence to help Kevin
Federline win custody of the former couple's children.
Alli was Britney's assistant until they parted ways recently and she is so
concerned about the 'Toxic' singer's mental state she plans to help Kevin
gain full custody of their sons, 22-month-old Sean Preston and Jayden James,
who is 10 months.

A source told America's OK! magazine: "Alli gave specific instances where
Britney couldn't handle having the boys. Kevin was angry at Britney for
putting his children in jeopardy and immediately phoned his lawyer to
investigate the claims further. He couldn't believe she had gotten so out of
control."

Kevin's legal team is currently redrafting the divorce settlement to include
Britney's recent public and private problems and has already contacted the
singer's lawyers to organise a meeting.
An insider said: "Kevin is worried about Sean and Jayden's safety.

"He had heard bits and pieces of what was going on from Brit's mother,
Lynne, and from the bodyguards but has been trying to focus on getting along
with her and didn't want to believe she had completely lost it."
It has been revealed that last week Britney, 25, lost the plot during a
photo shoot with the US edition of OK! magazine sparking fears she is on the
verge of another breakdown.
Earlier this year, Britney's behavior spiraled out of control. She
infamously shaved her head, flashed her private parts on several occasions
and attacked a photographer's car with an umbrella.
She later checked into Malibu's Promises rehab center on the advice of her
mother and then manager Larry Rudolph.
