Britney Spears wants out. On Wednesday she put her Beverly Hills mansion back on the market for $7.495 million, and she’s offering to sell it fully furnished.
The 25-year-old mother-of-two bought the 9,000-square foot home for $7.2 million in December 2006 and first put it up for sale last February. She took it off the market two months later after deciding to move back in following her rehab stint.
The Tuscan Villa-style abode located in a gated community includes 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a media room, and maids' quarters.
The singer's Malibu house has also been on the market since November. It was initially listed for $13.5 million, but Spears has since lowered the asking price to just under $12 million.

Of course she lowered the selling price. Any property she walks into loses its value, not to mention the requirement for immediate decontamination and disinfection.
