Britney Spears really doesn't care. The trash whore went bar hopping last night in a fur coat and horrid extensions. The judge ordered both Brit and ex husband Kevin to refrain from drinking/taking drugs 12 hours before caring for their sons.

TMZ caught the hot mess at clubs Winston's and Hyde last night. She was all smiles at Winston's before paparazzi started fighting oustide her Mercedes. The Brit party train moved on to club Hyde, but once again paps were waiting in full force outside.

Sources tell TMZ that in an effort to ditch the paps, Brit pulled into a "safe zone" at the Beverly Hills Police Department, which activates a light and a camera. She stopped there for awhile until they left her alone.



Why can't she just get wasted in the privacy of her own home - especially at this time when she could lose her kids?



She also can't pump her own gas, but eating ice cream is no problem.

She’s just sick.  It’s plain at this point that she must not give a damn about her babies, or else she would be at home spending every second with them, especially since she very well could be losing them.  Britney Spears doesn’t deserve to be a mother.

Does anybody know what drugs she is “taking” in front of her kids. From the verbage, I can only gather that it’s something in pill form. During the time when she shaved her head, i assumed it was an upper, but now I think she’s switched to some sort of downer. Perhaps she is over-medicated and a psychiatrist is to blame. I have seen that happen before with close friends and would not be surprised if that was the case.

Oe maybe just on the wrong meds.

She at least is covered up more now, even though it’s in circa 2001 Bronx-girl style…

Nothing says “I love my kids” better than leaving them at home to party…again…right after basically being told that you’re on the verge of losing them.  She should be the spokesperson for Focus on the Family.

i think she actually wants those kids taken away…she surely can’t be so delusional to think going out partying the day after court is a good idea.

and so what if she has hired help…it’s not okay to leave your kids with “the help” 24/7 while you go out partying. that’s neglect in its own form.

Half of you probably drink and are moms.
And many are on prescription drugs that they overuse as well, battle depression, use sleeping pills, etc?
And the Judge’s order was to not get drunk or high 12 hours before caring for the kids?
Well, how do we know this episode is or is not 12 hours before caring for her kids?

I just cannot jump on the crazy mom bashing train with the little to go on.

I have a lot of things to say.

1st, I agree with contessa.
2nd, Oscar, you are not everyone.
3rd, I am starting to get disgusted with the audacity of paparazzi. They are hanging all over her car, at some points, they can’t even open or close their door. Stalking these people is one thing, but bitching at them when their foot gets run over? Buddy, you were laying all over that fucking hood.

I don’t think anyone is saying that this behavior is wrong only because it’s Britney Spears that’s doing it.  That’s totally untrue.  It’s wrong (to me) for any mother, or father for that matter, to stay out partying for the better part of the week leaving their children with -anyone-.  Being away from home & getting drunk/high consistently is as bad as being at home f**ked up around your children all the time.  If it were only on occasion, then it wouldn’t be as big of a deal. 

Who cares if Britney has a staff of two hundred!  They’re HER children & they need HER.  It’s kind of hard to fulfill that need if she’s barely ever around, no matter what she’s doing. 

It’s totally disgusting & disappointing to see your parents intoxicated on a daily basis.  I know because I’ve been through that and didn’t even end up staying in their care.  Being taken away from all the drinking was the best thing that ever happened to me.  I’m not saying my situation is at all relevant to the one in question, but the bottom line is that when there’s any kind of dependency & children involved, that dependency is the main priority.

I’m soon to be a mother & I don’t drink or take any type of medication.  I can safely say that I will never expose my children to any of that shit.  How many mothers here or elsewhere that do is not a valid argument.  So, yeah.  That’s MY opinion & I realize I’m not everyone.  Just backing up why I said what I said.  It’s not at all to be a part of the ‘crazy mom bashing train’.

I wish judges send her to Guantamano-Cuba. People are tired. Someone can adopt her children.

I pretty much have to agree with Contessa on this one.  I am a mom, and you know what?  If I want to have a drink with dinner, or need to take a sleeping pill in order to fall asleep, or want to go out occasionally with friends and get shit-faced, I am allowed to do that.  Why is Britney NOT allowed to do that?  Not that I’m defending her parenting skills - I think she’s basically a shit mother.  But my point is, drinking is legal.  Hell, getting drunk is legal.  It’s not advisable to do on a regular basis, or right in front of your kids, but - especially at ages 1 and 2 where they don’t know drunk from silly, and with all the nannies and mannies and whatnot she has to take care of things while she sleeps off the hangover - how is it legal for the judge to restrict her activities that way? 

Seems that divorced parents are held to a different set of standards than non-divorced parents.  Hell, I know a dozen people who grew up in houses where their parents drank on a daily basis - occasionally even drinking to excess; where was the judge telling those parents they can’t consume alcohol within 12 hours of having possession of their kids?

I think that most everyone on here is right in some way.  It all boils down to the fact that we all have our own opinions on the issue.  Britney is not really doing anything wrong, it’s just that she is being photographed doing it.  The pictures only show her going out.  Not leaving the club drunk.  As for ‘wanting to get her kids taken away’, why on earth would she have spent all that money on lawyers when she could have just handed them over to K-fag.  Some might say that she didn’t do that because she didn’t want that image, but look how fucked-up her image is now anyway.

I hope that dude that got his foot run over sues the fucking out of this trailer trash whore!

Going out partying after the judge gave the decision that he did isn’t the brightest idea.  Most people would’ve laid low for awhile.  But Britney isn’t known for her bright ideas, is she?

Oscar, you didn’t hurt my feelings, babe. You are just doing what we all come here to do. And we all have opinions and thoughts on this one.
In a perfect world, when people become parents,they would all become the most responsible,safe, and healthy beings among us.
And I wish there was an easy answer.  I hate to see any kid taken from their mom, though. Moms need help sometimes; they are human. And being one is the hardest shit in the world. Famous, rich or not.
I just know there are moms out there suffering with depression, addictions to hard drugs, abusive relationships,etc and their kids are suffering through it because no one knows who their moms are. Britney is possibly being used as an example. I think the Judge should have been a bit more thoughtful on this one. And dug more into investigating federswine, his lifestyle, background, and motives as well as mandating real counseling and treatment for Spears.

Yup, so sad when moms are too into themselves (or dads are) and kids have to grow up a bit too fast.
Although I do not have any kids, I know from babysitting my niece and nephew that it is a HARD, exhausting job. Brit has others there to do it for her, but the bond between mother and child is so important to the development of the kid into a healthy, self-efficient adult.

well, until our culture goes Chinese or nazi, anyone can have kids. Whether they are fit, smart, responsible, good or not.
The important thing we could do as a society is make sure there is accessible help, and support for all moms. And dads for that matter.
