IT’S CONFIRMED! BRITNEY SPEARS OPENS THE 2007 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS

Music Celebration Airs Sunday, September 9th at 9PM Live ET

Las Vegas , NV , September 6, 2007 – After weeks of mind-blowing media speculation, MTV confirms today that Britney Spears will be opening the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. Celebrating her long awaited comeback to her fans, Spears will be performing LIVE her new song “Gimme More” from her highly anticipated new album due on November 13th. The star studded awards show will air live Sunday, September 9th at 9PM Live ET/Tape delayed PT.

Well it looks like I won’t be enjoying the VMA’s this Sunday, because the next morning I am going to hear & see Britney this & Britney that & it is totally going to take away the spotlight from the other performances. This girl (emphasis on “girl”) is a walking trainwreck & I don’t think she is ready for a legitimate comeback. Sorry if I sound discouraging but it is my honest opinion

Doesn’t matter how much junk food she eats, she’s bulimic, so she barfs it all up anyway. That’s what one of her big problems was at rehab. The staff said she would start throwing up right after eating breakfast, so her antidepressants and detox meds got thrown up along with the food. They didn’t figure this out for a while…

At her prime she couldn’t deliver a live performance.  There is no way this bloated, cheeto, taco bell lovin’, all night partyin’, out of shape, ass hangin’ version of Brit is up to the challenge of singing and dancing live.

She will do well with the smoke and mirrors effect.  That was a stroke of brilliance her manager thought up.  She won’t be singing live though.  Trust.

I can’t wait! I am so excited.

you know what? I like that she is laughing alot in many of the pics. I am saddened when I read all the shit b/c she is somebody’s mom and she is already down. I don’t see people acting this shitty when it is a rock GUY like Steve Tyler, or Tommy Le, or any other guy in the biz looking gross, or haggard or looking like they are partying and eating junk food or smoking. What gives?

As I said before, please let this disappearing act with the mirrors be a permanent one.  It’s been like over a year now (I think) since she’s had that second baby and she still looks like she hasn’t taken a bath yet.  The girl is pathetic.  Hope the “comeback” fails, miserably.
