Britney Spears blew a red light at a notoriously dangerous intersection last night, with her kids in the back and a court-appointed monitor in the front (she's ducking low).

The Popwreck approached the light slowly on Coldwater Canyon. You then see Britney raise her cellphone to her face. It is unclear if she's texting or making a call. She then drives into the intersection as someone outside the car screams, "Red light, red light!" Britney then turns left onto Mulholland Drive, managing to miss oncoming traffic.

The judge has made it clear that he has issues with Britney's driving. L.A. County Commish Scott Gordon temporarily revoked her visitation rights because she was driving without a valid California license.

She just bought her new $200,000 Mercedes and she's already violating the traffic laws.

If she keeps missing her drug tests they should just count them as positive results.

Britney Spears has missed eight out of 14 court-ordered drug tests, her ex-husband's lawyer has claimed.

The troubled star - who lost custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, two, and 13-month-old Jayden James, to Kevin Federline last month - has failed to respond to several calls requesting she take the tests within an hour.

Mark Vincent Kaplan said: "We have been in court on this exact issue at least three times.

"She lives in a parallel universe. Mr. Federline doesn't want to take these children out of their mother's life, but what are we to do?"

A lawyer for Britney - who was ordered by a judge to undergo random drug tests to prove she's a suitable mother - said the tests are "unconstitutional".

Anne Kiley added: "Since October 5 there have been 10 negative drug tests, the idea that she needs to respond within the hour is meaningless.

"Is the issue that Britney Spears needs to get up at 8.30am and answer the phone? She's a pop star with a number one album. She is not up that early."

However, Judge Scott Gordon hit back, saying the time of the tests are important as it will prove whether the 'Toxic' singer can follow rules.

He said: "She needs to take responsibility. The issue is to see if she can follow a court order.

"Since we started this, there have been lost phones, changed numbers, voicemails being left on someone else's voicemail.

"Maybe we should set up a fixed appointment for her to be tested. The point is we cannot continue to do these weekly ex-part motions."

Britney currently has three supervised visits a week with her sons but last month Judge Gordon took her rights away after she couldn't be contacted on a mobile phone number she had given.
He later reinstated her visitation rights when she gave the correct number.

You people suck - though I love to hear the good gossip, video taping, photographing and posting things like this will only get people in more trouble.  We’ve all at one time or another blown a red light, drove without proper paperwork, or partied til the morning light while our kids were safely tucked into bed with someone responsible looking after them.  Leave Britney alone - let her lead her life like a normal person and watch her get out of trouble!!

Ummm…stupid story, personally I would of done the same to ditch the paparazzi. By the headline, I figured she just blew a red light going 40mph or something like that. Im surprised TMZ doenst ever report when Britneys poop has corn in it.

I totally thought I was going to see her flying through the light…  That was totally misleading, she actually looks like she did it in a safe manner.  WHY IS IT LEGAL FOR THESE PEOPLE TO STALK CELEBS LIKE THAT!!!!!!!  THEY ARE IN THE STREET SURROUNDING HER, that should not be allowed.  Get the F*ckers out of the streets!!  I am not a fan of BS at all, but she was in the right in this story… although she should have been HOME spending time with her kids and not out whoring around to get the attn she obviously cannot be without.  she sadly would pick fame over her kids… actually she already has…....

Wow, not even the courts are competent enough to stop this mentally impaired, hillbilly who lacks maternal instincts from putting those babies in danger time and time again. I guess when she finally kills the kids (as parissucks noted above) as a result of neglect/idiocy/selfishness/intoxication, everyone will ask, “Why didn’t Kevin try harder to get them away from her?” I think Kevin has a competent lawyer, but the courts are being too lenient. Maybe the judge is getting paid off or something, because his rulings are as careless and irresponsible as Britney.

frankly, i’m just hoping that when Britney DOES kill herself (oh, it’s gonna happen either on purpose on by accident driving or partying) the kids aren’t with her.

What the fuck man! There’s stupid ass paparazzi’s in the middle of the streets snapping pictures blinding her, mind you that cna be dangerous alone and nobody gets on them. If i had my babies in the car at night while surrounded by stalkers i would run the light. If it was heavy traffic then no but i thought she was taped totally running the light going normal speed like a mad person.

Hello,It is funny about her.she’s gorgeous. but even clebs are lonely sometimes, someone saw her profile with hot photos on meetrich.com. a joke made by someone?  Maybe sometimes they really need a soul mate rather than a rich buddy.

If all else fails—blame everything on the paparazzi and messenger (media).  Driving with a cell phone in your hand is illegal here in the county where I live in the state of California.  If it were any one of us (non pop stars) we would be facing a misdemeanor for not complying with a court ordered drug testing company(whether Britney tested negative or not) and cited for running a red light with a cell phone in our hands.  Not to mention the danger she is exposing her toddler boys to with the way she drives.

I wish she would just ram it into some big pickup or something (take the kids out first).  The end.

First of all….. that Mercedes did not cost $200,000. Its a CLK 350. The 350 is the lowest model in the CLK class. Even the CLK AMG isnt that much, and its the highest CLK model. Wow its so hard to check your facts.

I can’t say that I don’t do mistakes in traffic… But when I’m with my kids in car I can’t risk anything… They are more important than time or anything else and I’m very careful. What kind of mother is she ?
