Britney Spears stole a lighter from a deli while paparazzi cameras were rolling. As she left the Sherman Oaks deli Friday night she yelled:
"I stole something. Oh, I'm bad. Ohhhhh!"
And now the owner of the gas station wants Spears to pay $1.39 for the blue lighter she snatched without paying.
Chevron owner Jatinder Kaur tells PEOPLE: "Yes, Britney stole a blue lighter here last night. The lighter is $1.39. I'm hoping maybe the next time she comes back she will pay for it. I know she can afford to pay for it, but I'm not planning to file a police report. It's still not right for her to steal the lighter. I hope she will do the right thing the next time she comes here."

Britney thinks this is a joke and she will probably get away with it—just like in her come back photo session with OK magazine when she and her then assistant walked out of the shoot early with some designer clothes and never returned them or payed for them. What a lack of ‘class’ and respect for other people.
