The 'Toxic' singer - who was ordered to take regular drug tests last week by
the judge overseeing her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline for
their two sons - has continued her wild partying and friends want her to
seek help at Utah's Cirque Lodge rehabilitation clinic.
A source told Life and Style Weekly magazine: "If Britney finally
acknowledges that she must face her addictions, then that's the best place.
It's working for Lindsay, and hopefully Britney will see that as
inspiration."
The insider also revealed Britney's mother Lynne received an anonymous phone
call last week, tipping her off about the singer's drug taking.
The source revealed: "It was one of Britney's friends saying he'd seen
Britney take four Ecstasy pills in the bedroom of a Hollywood Hills home
during a party on August 11.
"Lynne was also told that Britney has done the drug more recently - and she's
taken Ativan, an anti-anxiety medication, to help her come down because
the Ecstasy was so intense. Lynne put down the phone and froze."
The 25-year-old singer could lose custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and
one-year-old Jayden James after her former bodyguard gave evidence stating
he had witnessed her taking drugs.
Former *NSYNC member Joey Fatone is the latest star to offer Britney a
hideout.
Joey told US TV channel Extra: "Britney, call me, come over to my house,
come to Orlando, get away from it all. It's a good thing to get out of Los
Angeles.
"I think she just needs some time, some time to really heal. If you're
there, let me know. I'm here for you, sweetheart."
The singer - who was pictured this week leaving a recording studio clutching
a margarita, a CD and wearing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger -
will be celebrating as her latest single 'Gimme More' is currently at No. 3
in the iTunes singles chart and No. 1 in their ringtones chart.

I just can not even look at that WIDE EYED pic of her without cracking up. She looks awful. that shirt is hideous, the contacts are dreadful, her complexion is spoltchy and pasty looking and she looks completely out of it & dumbfounded. She was once so cute. Is this what excessive substance abuse does to a person? If so, this should be proof enough to young people to stay the hell away from drugs, alcohol and Marlboro Lights.

WHY THE BLUE EYES???? I dont get it. Okay, so i watched larry king live last night and you know what? I actually started feeling bad for her. She really has MAJOR issues. Its not gonna surprise me one bit if i wake up and hear that britney spears is dead. Its gonna happen. And its so terrible. How can a person be in such denial? These judges need to take away ALL custody from her in order to try an dpush herself into getting help, thats the only shot at saving her from herself. Although, i must admit, who knows if she really would care. But when i saw that picture of those little boys holding each others hands, it just broke me down. HOW dare her exploid her children the way she does. SHE IS A TERRIBLE MOTHER and those kids need to not be aorund her until she starts to get her life in order. Why does she continue to go places with these kids like shopping and pissing in every restroom on the west coast? Has she ever heard of a park? How about a zoo? Chuckie Cheese for hells sake. face it, people with addictions have to hit ROCK BOTTOM before they realize they can’t keep using and have any joy in life. all the shit she’s been through would’ve been rock bottom for most average people, but being cushioned from reality by loads of money and handlers and suck-ups who try to cover everything up for her so she doesn’t have to deal with the consequences (poverty, homelessness, no friends or family willing to be around her) and they can keep making money off her.
she’s going to have to have something really freaking awful, like REALLY horrible happen to her for her to wake up…i only pray it doesn’t involve the poor babies.

I think that on some level she wanted to have the responsibility of having the boys taken from her, which is why she did not comply with the judge’s orders.
