Christina Aguilera has reportedly scheduled a Cesarean section for January 10.

The 'Dirrty' singer - who is expecting her first child with her music executive husband Jordan Bratman - has allegedly decided to go for the operation to avoid the pain of natural childbirth.

A source close to the star said: "Christina has a C-section scheduled for January 10 but she might need to push the date of the delivery up."

Despite having a baby shower earlier this month, Christina - who turned 27 yesterday - is planning another event for her family and close friends.

The source added: "Christina will be having a second baby shower at the Hotel Bel-Air over Christmas with just her friends."

Christina and Jordan are said to be considering the names Jackson Jake and Max for their first-born.

An insider said: "Although Christina and Jordan want to make up their minds on a name before the birth, part of them wants to wait and see what the baby's personality is like before assigning a name for life."

I almost always think she’s beautiful.. when she has clothes on. Every nude or nearly-nude pic I’ve seen of her, she looks really meh.

i have no opinion on her scheduling a c-section, altho the spiteful part of me says she’s doing it b/c she’s too posh to push and while they’re in there pulling the baby out she’ll be a tummy tuck…it happens, a co-worker had a tummy tuck right after her c-section.

but maybe she’s just terrified of childbirth…can’t say i blame her. that’s got to be the scariest most painful shit EVER. thank god i’m never having kids. if i did i’d probably pay someone to carry and birth ir for me, i’m a wussy!

maybe she is getting a c-section because she has genital herpes like most of hollywood.  If you have that they advise a c-section because it can lead to blindness if they have a breakout in the birthcanal.

Good point Jackhammer!  But doesn’t this cunt realize C sections are more risky, as any surgery is?  I don’t know why elective c sections like this are offered unless the mother’s or baby’s health is in danger and it is medically necessary.  Guess it all revolves around money.  She can make whatver stupid choice she wants because of it.  I highly doubt any insurance company would pay for an elective c section, which is more costly and requires a longer hospital stay.

I myself ended up needing an emergency c section and kind of feel sad I missed out on the whole “birth thing”.

Whatever…Why do I have to see naked pregnant entertainers…can’t they keep anything private?

She is having the C-section so her um…whohaa will remain um the way it was before the pregnancy. A c section is way more painful than child birth el natural. So me wife says,

Jealous of what Dena? She was a slut before she got married, she probably does have the herps and even if she doesn’t why would she elect to have a C-section? Fear of pain is a bullshit excuse for one because you have more pain during and after a C-section than you do giving natural birth.

The only reasons she could possibly elect to surgically remove her kid is if she has the herps or if she wants a tummy tuck afterwards. Plain and simple.
