Cameron Diaz dyed her hair brown because she thought it would make her invisible to the paparazzi.
The 'Holiday' actress, who is famed for her luscious blonde locks and blue eyes, chose to become a brunette because she was fed up of being followed by photographers.
Cameron - who is dating pop heartthrob Justin Timberlake - told BANG Showbiz: "I thought having brown hair would help to disguise me a bit. But I was wrong. People could even recognize me even if they just saw the back of my ear. It doesn't matter what color my hair is, they still notice me."
When asked if she would consider becoming a redhead next, she replied: "Maybe! It could be worth a try!"
Last week, Cameron admitted she was thrilled with her new brunette look
She said: "I didn't do it for a role, just for me. It's just how I see myself, as a brunette. My friends all say it suits me. It looks more like me - more natural."
