Carmen Electra keeps in shape by having sex and lapdancing.
The former 'Baywatch' star - who plays a porn actress in new British film 'I
Want Candy' - credits her incredible body to yoga, sex and stripteases.
Carmen said in an interview with Britain's FHM magazine: "I do a lot of yoga
and aerobics. Plus, you can burn a lot of calories in the bedroom too. I get
a lot of guys coming up to me who have bought my striptease DVD and they
thank me because their girls have learnt hot to give them amazing
lapdances."
But despite her slim figure the model-and-actress still gorges on calorific
treats.
Carmen said: "I eat a lot of junk - while I was in the UK I ate so many
Flake chocolate bars!
"I once had a job dressed as a clown and I had to pop corn in a shoe store.
"The problem was I ate so much popcorn I got sick. I got paid $4 an hour but
was probably eating more than that in popcorn."

She probably never popped the pills she promotes.
They keep saying so and so doesn’t need to diet or so and so is too thin but hell, most younger people are. I didn’t gain any weight until I hit 40 and am still only a size three after having kids. So this b.s. on how to stay thin is crazy to me. If you’re overweight, don’t eat as much and if you’re young and thin then you’re what I consider normal.

This is such BS !!! You know damned well she diets. She’s only like 5’4”, it’s hard to stay thin when you’re that short.
And BS about burning calories with sex, too. You burn more going for a walk.

I dont know where celeb-observer got her info, but Im 5’3 and it’s hard for me to get past a size 1. So, it’s not hard for me to belive that Carmen is just genetically blessed!
I actually hate when they try to make us think that they do so much to stay in shape when in reality they have it pretty darn easy!
