Does anyone know the story behind this lady?  Before I make some rude comment (‘cuz gawd knows I’m thinkin’ it and that filter between my brain and my mouth often doesn’t work) I was just curious as to how something like this *points to picture* could happen?  Was she trying for this look or this a great ad for the evils of plastic surgery?
