Charlie Sheen has dismissed ex-wife Denise Richards' claims he viewed child
pornography as "laughable and inane".

The 'Wild Things' actress last week filed court papers requesting Sheen no
longer be allowed overnight visits with their daughters, three-year-old Sam
and two-year-old Lola, alleging he has "an attraction to underage women".

Sheen issued a statement in response yesterday which said: "I
will not dignify the majority of these allegations set forth by Denise
Richards with any measure of response. On its best day, it remains laughable
and inane.

"Based on the resurfacing of certain specific claims, made in a severe and
grievous manner, illustrating Ms. Richards' poor judgment on every possible
front, I must counter with these facts.

"The FBI was aware of these issues. I provided them with every computer I
owned. The computers were returned two weeks later. I haven't heard from
them since. Period! The end."



Richards, 36, also alleged 41-year-old Sheen's engagement to Brooke Mueller
is fake and a media stunt.

Sheen claimed Richards has not filed "a single complaint" in the last 18
months and her attacks only began after he asked to pick his own nannies.

He also alleged Richards recently asked him for a sperm donation so she
could have another baby.

Sheen said: "Brooke and I remain committed to the task at hand. These
unlawful and diabolical accusations will not distract us from the focus of
our resolve. Shortly before unleashing her attack Ms. Richards asked for
another baby via a sperm donation, after her divisive attempts at a
reconciliation behind Brooke's back failed. She was flat out rejected.

"I am making every possible effort to assure that the courts focus on my
children and their welfare. My refusal to dignify garbage needs to be
understood in the context of the history of this case and Denise's need and
desire to make it about issues that do not involve anything other than her
emotions."



Last April Denise filed paperwork against Charlie claiming he:

*purchased gas masks on the internet

*kept guns under the coffee table for quick access

*had an "abnormal fascination" with Nicole Simpson's death and showed Denise and her mother autopsy photos

*ripped up their wedding photo and spray painted it with the words "the dumbest day of my life"

*told Denise he had a "madam" and that prostitutes were emailing him

*accessed gay porn sites featuring boys who looked underage and when confronted Charlie said, "I hope you f-king die, bitch."

*joined websites that featured "very young girls with pigtails, braces, and no pubic hair performing oral sex acts on each other"

*had a profile on a sex dating site which featured "his erect penis" as his member photo which was emailed out to at least 30 women

*gambled like an addict on the hotel computer, watched TV nonstop and popped pills while on their Barbados vacation

*became verbally abusive after Denise stopped breast-feeding and made a switch to formula because he thought it would cause "brain damage"

*told Richards that she "poisoned" their daughter after going to the doctor for infant shots
