Christina Aguilera is wasting no time moving on! A few days ago we learned that Xtina and her husband of five years Jordan Bratman killed their relationship.

And now according to RadarOnline.com, she filed for divorce earlier today in L.A.

In the documents Aguilera lists their date of separation as September 11, 2010, and confirms that the couple did have a prenuptial agreement. Christina is requesting the court confirm that her “miscellaneous jewelry and other personal effects” as well as her “earnings and accumulations....before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be deemed separate property.

“There are additional and separate property assets and obligations of each party as mandated by the parties’ Prenuptial Agreement,” the papers added.

As for the reason the of split, Aguilera listed irreconcilable differences. She is also asking for joint legal and physical custody of their son Max, that both parties pay their own legal fees, and that any spousal support be terminated.
