Courtney Love has revealed she took LSD when she was just four-years-old.

The singer, the widow of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, insists taking
the hallucinogenic drug at such a young age had improved her mind.

Courtney, 42, told Rolling Stone magazine: "Because I was given acid at
four, I think my mind was freed."

The wild rocker also spoke about selling part of her stake in Nirvana's
music for $50 million dollars.

She said: "Before that, I'd saved $4,000. We were almost ready to apply for
food stamps. I sold 25 percent of the music to a guy named Larry Mestel
who's been great, f***ing great. Some of his ideas are a little cheesy. The
last thing we want is 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' selling Coca Cola.

"But if you look at my daughter, and that's who that music is for - that
music is for her, ultimately - if it ends up having to be f***ing sugar
water, that's what it ends up having to be.

"I pray to God it doesn't, and I don't think it'd be appropriate. But no
one's looking to sell Nirvana songs to Coca-Cola, we're looking to the
opposite - eco-friendly green cars, anti-Apartheid, you know all the things
we value."

Courtney also revealed her and Kurt's daughter, 14-year-old Frances Bean, is
a big Kelly Clarkson fan.

God, it all makes so much sense now.  I would believe the story; there are fucked up people out there.  Just near where I live I heard about someone feeding their CAT acid.  If I knew who did that I would go murder them myself

I know that she’s crazy and all, but I love love love Courtney Love. Hole is one of my favorite bands and I think she’s just awesome.

I can actually believe this one.  From what I understand, her parents were both complete nutcases…THAT explains an awful lot about Ms. Love!

kurt probably wouldn’t have wanted any of his music to be used to endorse any products at all. but he killed himself so what he wants doesn’t really matter anymore.

but courtney calling someone cheesy is rich…she’s not exactly in a position to role her eyes at anyone.

50 Million, thats 25 Million after taxes/attorney fees, etc. I hope some of that money is put in a trust for her daughter, the way she burns through money (Living in hotels, drugs, etc), that 25 Million wont be 25 when her daughter is 18.

She is lying,her mother is a phychiatrist, and says that her daughter makes up these type of stories. Theres no way that it is true. And as for her being broke before she sold off the rights? Well, think of how much money that she wasted on drugs and useless things. Sickning. A person like her don’t deserve that money.

Almost had to go for foodstamps huh, well i thought they stopped foodstamps. And i doubt she would’ve remembered what drug they gave her and how it freed her mind. What does a four year old know about a mind being free?

This is an old C.Love thing - yes her Father gave her acid when she was four years old, this was brought up in court when her parents were divorcing when she was 5 and confirmed by Courtney’s mother and and another family friend in court.  That did happen.

Her mother’s adoptive parents had some huge eyeglass company Bausch or something but her adoptive father was abusive and she was out of home pregnant and married at 19.

And she can do whatever the fuck she likes with Kurt’s estate since he abandoned that child

I’ll bet her daughter has Courtney beat on that- she took acid as a fetus.
