Denise Richards and Richie Sambora have split despite a recent OK interview showing no signs of a breakup.

The couple ended their relationship two months ago, but Denise still
supported Richie at his father's funeral in New Jersey last month. Adam
Sambora died of lung cancer on April 21.

Denise's representative said: "Denise ended things but wanted to be there
for him as a friend."

A source close to the couple said: "They did break-up about a month prior to
Richie's dad's death. She came to the funeral to support him."

Denise's mother is battling kidney cancer, and in February she revealed she
and Richie were helping each other cope with their parents' illnesses.

The couple began dating in April 2006 shortly after Denise split from
husband Charlie Sheen and Richie broke up with wife Heather Locklear. Richie
and Heather finalised their divorce in April.

Denise's divorce was finalized in November.

Yeah, like Heather Locklear is breathlessly waiting for her call!  I’ve heard in LA that HL has a LOT of connections with producers, etc.  That’s prob why this talentless skeezer now seems to be selling her “exclusives” on her “private” business 24/7.  She sure can’t sell her acting, um, talent, and her ass is too used up to be a call girl again.
