Billy Joel's wife had to leave P. Diddy's annual White Party after arriving
in a cream outfit, breaking the strict all-white dress code.
The rapper's security team approached the singer and his spouse Katie as
they arrived at Diddy's East Hampton mansion on Sunday night, and
told Katie she could only enter the party if she exchanged her cream outfit
for an all-white one.
Katie, the former presenter of US TV show 'Top Chef', refused to adhere to
the strict dress code and hastily left the party with Billy.

Meanwhile another partygoer was forced to strip in the street after he arrived at the rapper's annual White Party wearing cream-colored pants.
The hip-hop star's security team made the man take off his off-white trousers, but provided him with a pair of pure white slacks before allowing him to enter the party.
Guests were treated to the sight of painted geishas walking around the grounds, Polynesian dancers, a jazz band and circus performers, who entertained with a spinning rings show.

Diddy's bash was his ninth annual White Party, and he had hoped to make it the most impressive yet.
However, the 37-year-old rap mogul was left disappointed last month when East Hampton Town Council denied him a permit to throw a spectacular all-white fireworks display.
Diddy - real name Sean Combs - was told his planned fireworks extravaganza may be mistaken for real lights, causing boats to run aground on the coast.
The glitzy event attracted a host of celebrities, including Tommy Lee, Mariah Carey, Lil' Kim, Brooke Shields, Busta Rhymes, Ashley Olsen, Al Reynolds, fashion designer Donna Karan and Russell Simmons, the co-founder of Def Jam Records, who all adhered to the all-white theme.
