Angelina Jolie isn't a fan of hugs.

'The Good Shepherd' actress revealed she finds it difficult to talk about
her emotions and finds hugging people particularly uncomfortable.

Angelina said: "I'm not a hugger. People make fun of me. It's something that
I have a hard time with.

"If someone hugs me, I hold my breath. Snuggling, cuddling, hugging,
crying - all that stuff makes me very uncomfortable.

"I've often been accused of not talking about my personal things. I mean,
even with Brad. He usually has to draw something out of me.

"I have had a lot of people - ex-husbands - suggest that they'd be very open
to being a shoulder to cry on. If I had the inclination, it would be very
lovely if I could possibly let that go.

"But I have this odd sense of it's not going to accomplish anything to cry.
It's not going to help you to get a hug!"

Angelina, 31, twice divorced, has two adopted children, Maddox, five, and
Zahara, two, with partner Brad Pitt. She gave birth to the couple's daughter
Shiloh Nouvel seven months ago.

Angie needs serious, intensive therapy. She’s so fucked up!

I’m not a big hugger only because i don’t hug people but i would. I would cry in front of strangers if i had to that don’t matter to me, i can be a touchy feely type person if i know you well enough.

When you cry you become very voulnerable, and I guess thats what she can’t handle. I myself don’t feel comfortable crying in front of people, hugs I don’t mind though.  Even if they are tears of joy, it’s just not me. To each its own.

Nah, not cold and unfeeling. I hate hugs too. All my friends are huggers and even though they’re my friends, I still feel incredibly uncomfortable hugging them. The one person on this earth that I don’t feel uncomfortable hugging is my fiance, but we have a different kind of connection.

It’s all just about personal space and she’s not the only one in the world to dislike hugging and the such.

The reason she can’t let go and tell her partner about her emotions is becasue he’s not paying her and putting her words and photo in the national press.

It seems she only opens up to the tabloids.

I actually love hugs…from the right people. They are comforting, and can demonstrate love withoput having to say anything.

I really hope she is at least “huggy” and demonstrative with her children.  That really fucks a kid up when their parent isn’t affectionate.  (of course they shouldn’t be TOO touchy either)

I can understand why she doesn’t like hugging and showing her emotions to people other than her children.  She was sorely let down by the people she should have been able to trust the most in her life, and for some people, that puts up an instant wall.  Her kids have mellowed her out a lot, and I think with time, we’ll see her ass hug everyone on the damn street like in that Dave Matthews Band video.  Of course, we’ll also see her ass being hauled off in handcuffs afterwards, but still, it’ll be an interesting video to watch.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she pats maddox on the head instead of hugging him when he brings home a football trophy or something.

I love hugs! That is just me! I am a very touchy feely person. Now, my husband , on the other hand, is not at all. He can’t stand for anyone except me to touch him. He will literally jerk away from them and give them and evil look without even thinking first. I am overly emotional and he sometimes acts as if he has no feelings at all except for me and our kids. People are just different. Angelina just seems to be a little too detached from everyone…........even Brad and her own children.

I’m somewhat like Angie. I don’t talk about my personal problems with ANYONE!!! There are a ton of things i would love to be able to discuss with people so i could get advice,suggestions or just to let out my feelings & emotions, but i just can’t seem to trust anyone enough to open myself up.
