Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn had a brush with the law when the actor
was stopped by police for drink driving.

The pair were pulled over by cops in Arizona on Tuesday (11.29.05) before
the actor was breathalysed by officers who smelt alcohol on his breath.
Vaughn, who was not charged after being found to be under the legal limit,
was advised by cops to stop driving and sober up.

A police spokesperson confirmed: "We determined (Vaughn) had something to
drink but was not over the legal limit."

"We suggested that he not continue to drive."

Aniston and Vaughn, who have been romancing one another since meeting on the
set of 'The Break Up', were then seen parking the actor's white van at a
nearby resort.

The couple then got into the back of a friend's car who had been following
them.

Aniston and Vaughn have spent the last week in Arizona spending Thanksgiving
at an exclusive spa.

According to sources, the pair have been relaxing at a $2,000-a-night
mountainside mansion with private tennis courts and pool.

If that was any other pleb and not Vince Vaughn, their drunk-driving ass would have gotten hauled in.

What is the appeal of Michelle Rodriguez? She looks like an angry man most of the time.

Um, he PASSED a breathalizer.  Period.  There’s a big difference with being charged with a DUI and having had a couple drinks.

Vince may be “the nicest guy” according to his friends (and I know looks aren’t everything…) but I think he is going to look like shit in just a few years…

Also..why was he asked by the Officers not to continue to drive when he passed his breathalizer??  If he was under the legal limit he should have been able to continue driving - Celebrity Justice prevails again.

The Defamer site said something like “...and because they were white and famous, they were let go.”

He was asked not to drive by the officers because alcohol is still alcohol. He may have been under the limit, but it’s still not safe to drive with alcohol in your system.

Ahhhh the breathalyzer must be set at a higher BAC limit for the charmed celebrity population.

I don’t care whether or not he was under the legal limit. If a cop were to even smell alcohol on the breath of an unfamed one, he or she would be hauled off to jail.  Just like the Paris and Nacho Cheese incident..this is just crap.

Aside from that…I may be attacked for this, but I love Jennifer Aniston and I think she deserves happiness; however, I don’t find Vince Vaughn the least bit attractive.  That said, he seems to really treat her well and that’s all that counts.  If she’s happy with him…so be it.

MissNorway

DUI= Driving Under Influence (of drugs or alcohol)
DWI= Driving While Intoxicated

Not a strange question from someone obviously not from the U.S.

I saw derailed and I say, see it for yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you what’s good and what’s not! Even the critics. Also, I hope Jen knows she’s too cute for that asshole.
