Mel B is hiring a lawyer to prove Eddie Murphy is the father of her unborn
baby.

The former Spice Girl - better known as Scary Spice - has lived up to her
nickname by vowing to get revenge on Eddie for demanding a paternity test.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Mel told me she is determined to
take Eddie to the cleaners. He is going to get a shock if he thinks I'm
taking this kind of treatment lying down.

"She is raging with anger and wants to take revenge on him for the way he is
treating her. She met up with lawyers yesterday."

Mel said yesterday (12.07.06): "I am obviously distressed at the comments
made by Eddie Murphy in the media. I have no idea why anybody would conduct
themselves about such a personal matter in such a public way.

"My main concern is for the wellbeing of my daughter Phoenix and of course
my baby. I was astonished at what Eddie said - there is no question he is
the father."



Mel, 31, only found out Eddie, 45, had dumped her after being told by
friends. She was on a transatlantic flight when Eddie told the world their
relationship was over and was told the news by worried friends on landing.
Eddie was asked about his relationship with Mel on Dutch TV show 'RTL
Boulevard' earlier this week.

He angrily replied: "You're being presumptuous, because we're not together
anymore. And I don't know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a
blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir."

Uh oh, it’s gonna get ugug.

I don’t know much about her, but I do feel sorry for her with him outing that kind of shit in public. Eddie, you have millions, owning up to yet another kid for child support won’t damage your wallet too much worse than it already is with your already 300 children.
Best of luck to her with her pregnancy. Stress isn’t something she needs right now.

Dumping her that way wasn’t right but neither was her not using birth control or some form of protection. It’s not just up to the men and men will sleep with women so women need to use protection UNLESS they want to get pregnant on purpose. I think she’s taking it too far and should just keep it quiet and do a DNA when the baby’s born.  This going through the media and suing is stupid. It’s not like they were married.

I doubt it went down that way. I’m sure there’s more to it. Any man in his position is NUTS not to ask for a paternity test.

It must take like two seconds to put a rubber on, there Eddie.  If you didn’t want to chance a baby, then do your part.  I guess he’ll find out that they don’t call her Scary Spice, for nothing.  I really don’t feel for either party here..they’re both grown ups for christ’s sakes.

I like Eddie he’s funny as hell…..but i have to agree with Mel with her being upset that he’s told the world that the kid ain’t his. That to me is something personal,and he ain’t even 100% sure if it is his or not….so for him to go and open his mouth making her look like a hoe ain’t right. He should have @ least waited to go on Maury and get the paternity test results before making these assumptions.

I was under the impression that everyone implied both men and women. Eddy is just as responsible for his body as Mel is for hers. if a man doesnt feel like commiting to a woman, he’s an idiot to assume she’s on birth control and STD free.  condoms are inexpensvie, I’m sure Eddy can afford a box or two if he feels like fucking around.  it takes two people to have sex and make a baby.  maybe he couldve have tried wrapping it up.

He’s funny as hell and i like him anyways, why is she hiring lawyers just because he wants a paternity test? Just get the test done and prove it that way, don’t get money hungry on us. Why wouldn’t he want a paternity test?, women are crazy when it comes to trapping a man and saying that the baby is his and it’s not. Obviously, if it’s his he will take care of the baby.

eddy murphy although he cracks me up has always been a whoring-on-the-downlow-ho. i cannot believe what he did to this girl. what i also can’t believe is that he slept with a “real” black women. if you all remember eddy’s former wife was of the trophie model type; i am not surprised they got divorced. maybe now he will learn to keep his stuff in his pants huh?
