Eddie Murphy has confessed he is "madly in love" with former Spice Girl Mel
B - but has denied the pair are planning to get married.

The 'Nutty Professor' actor has been dating Mel, better known as Scary
Spice, for around three months after being introduced to each other by
friends at a party in Los Angeles.

Now Eddie, 45, has opened his heart about his true feelings for the pop
beauty.

According to Hello magazine, the actor said during a business meeting in
Beverly Hills: "I am madly in love with Mel. But there are no wedding
plans."

Last month, Eddie and Mel enjoyed a Hawaiian holiday with their children at
the exclusive Four Seasons Hotel, in Maui.

It was reported at the time that the trip was intended to be a test to see
how their offspring got on with one another and with their potential new
step-parents.

Divorced Eddie has five children, while Mel has a seven-year-old daughter,
Phoenix Chi, from her marriage to Jimmy Gulzar.
