Britney Spears former bodyguard Tony Barretto filed secert testimony at last week's hearing over custody of her two children. The evidence will shock you. She hired "Fat Tony" after checking out of Promises rehab on March 26th.



Standing 6ft 7in Barretto, 27 told News of the World: "I gave evidence to the court because Britney is out of control and needs help.

"I have done this for her children. She's not a good mother. She has mental problems. With her drug and booze issues, her home is no place for kids to be raised."

- has a terrible farting and burping problem

- has a whiskey stash in her pantry and would drink with kids around



- regretted shaving her head and had outbursts over it

- hid her Jack Daniel's and coke in polystyrene cups so it would look like coffee

- asked staff to make Jack and Coke after driving off in her white Mercedes

- bit her acrylic nails down to the base

- destroyed 6 cell phones in 8 weeks during phone fights with Kevin Federline

I smell revenge. Some of this stuff is just unnecessary to reveal if he is REALLY trying to just show that she is a bad mom. It’s as if he wants to embarrass her. Why is is neccessary to say that she farts and burps, and what is so wrong about talking to your kids in baby voices? ALLLLL moms do that. Maybe she fucked all her bodyguards ‘cept him???

I don’t doubt the drug stuff, but I sense that this dudes motives are NOT as noble as he wants us to think they are.

^^I agree! It looks as if this guy is pissed off and getting revenge in the best way! There’s absolutely no reason some of this stuff was brought up. Come on! So what if she farts and burps. Does that make her an awful person? NO, it makes her human.(kinda nasty to do it in front of people, but everyone does do it.) So what is she has a photo album for her new friends. I mean, are the pics of them nude and engaging in “bad” behavior? That may be something to bring up, but not if it is just an album of regular pictures. jeez! Oh and Ok, she bites her nails down to the base. SO WHAT. Millions of people bites their nails for amny reason. Habit and nervous tension. Lord knows she has alot to be nervous about. I drink 2 cups of coffee when I wake up. Should someone call Child Protective services on me, too? Shopping makes her happy(makes me happy, too) and she drinks too much red bull. D@MN! He is spilling his guts about every little thing. Most of the stuff is pretty awful, if it is true, but some of it is just silly to bring up. It makes him look less that credible. He should have stuck with the things that would have endangered the children and left the rest unsaid. He just looks vindictive.

If even half of these claims are true, why did that judge let those kids go back with her???

I call shenanigans on the biting of the acrylic nails. As a nail-biter who used acrylics to break the habit (no, not even cayenne pepper worked!) I can attest that acrylics are IMPOSSIBLE to chew. You bite it, and it splits, peels, cracks, and breaks in chunks. The “nub” that is left cemented to your actual fingernail (after bite/break/peel)is too high to allow your teeth to actually reach your own. (Hilary Duff or Nancy Kerrigan could probably make it, though)At any rate, I can say for certain she was not sitting around chewing her acrylics. The pain from bite/break/peel of just one, hell, I’ll even be willing to go to 3 to accommodate her pain tolerance due to intoxication on ANYTHING, would be enough to prevent her from doing it again, let alone a whole set. He’s obviously exaggerating that point, or perhaps things were not quite as they appeared to HIM.
