TMZ has learned Britney Spears will now say her false positive drug test may have been caused by her inhaler, which she uses for asthma.

Sources connected with Spears told TMZ yesterday that the drug that may have caused the positive was Provigil, used to treat narcolepsy. But TMZ did some digging and found Provigil would not show up on a court-ordered drug test.

Now the same source says the drug that showed up may have been Albuterol, an asthma drug. But, again, we checked and Albuterol is not an amphetamine, and the class of drug that showed up on the test was an amphetamine.

K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will press the issue tomorrow in court.

Is she truly retarded enough to be snorting coke or doing meth when she has to have drug tests? I think she is not intelligent enough to realize that diet pills like fastin, ionomin and phentermine show up on a drug test just the same as cocaine does. I think she is so desperate to regain her pre-Federline/pre-children figure that she would do just about anything….SAD!

Something is DEFINITELY wrong with JJ.  I think she was careful while pregnant with SPF, because whe wanted him.  JJ, was an accident- and she didn;t give a fuck.  LOOK at him.  FAS is written all over that kid’s face.

Jeyden most definetly has some form of down syndrom. He has that look, i am not saying this to be mean in anyway. Im just saying that he must have that because he has that look. He still is adorable. I feel so sad for her children. They have a deadbeat mom and their future looks bleak. Poor kids. I wish that unfitney would get her shhhh together. Its pathetic and any fans that she has left should be ashamed that they are supporting her as a trainwreck. Yeah, something is definitely off about how that baby looks.  I’m not sure, but I’m thinking FAS as well.  That’s absolutely terrible & so unfair, if that’s the case.
