i know some people think she looks manly b/c she is so cut, but i think she has a wonderful fit strong body for a woman and wish i had arms like that.

I dont care what anybody says, I think Jessica Biel looks amazing! Do you know how hard it is to get like that?!!!
Geesh, I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and I run and my arms are not nearly as cut. She’s my idol!
I think she’ pretty and sexy!
Strong women RULE!!!!!!!!!!!!

how hard to get like that? Maybe she takes some sort of supplements, b/c for most women it is going to be pretty impossible to be cut that way. It is not in most female’s nature.

Fitness models look like that and they are very dedicated, but then again, they want to look like that.
Not saying that everyone should work out that hard, to look like Biel. But from experience, it takes a lot of work and discipline.
She gets my respect.
That’s all!
And you dont need supplements to get like that, just the right diet and weight training!
We dont think that women can get that cut, just because most women do not work out to the point of breaking the muscle.
Most of us work out to lose weight, to maintain and/or tone up. Our minds are just not train to believe that our body is capable to get that cut, so we dont even try it.
Actually, the way most women work out at the gym, to me is pretty pathetic. They talk for 3/4 of the time they’re at the gym. That’s why it’s hard to see any transformation, even if they DO go to the gym.
