Heather Mills has accused estranged husband Paul McCartney of being
"physically violent".

The court papers lodged by Heather's lawyers claim Paul once tried to choke
her and attacked her while she was pregnant.

Paul is also said to have used illegal drugs and drank excessively during
their marriage, despite promising to quit.

The former model says Paul subjected her to four violent attacks - including
one where he stabbed her in the arm with a broken wine glass.

He also allegedly forced her to cancel an essential operation because it
clashed with holiday plans.

In Los Angeles in November 2002, the court papers say Paul drunkenly grabbed
Heather by the neck and pushed her over a coffee table.

In May 2003, when Heather was four weeks pregnant, she alleges Paul became
angry and pushed her into a bath, causing her "shock and distress".

In August 2003, Heather asked Paul if he had been smoking marijuana. She
says Paul yelled at her and then "grabbed her neck and started choking her".

The court papers allege Paul, 64, hurled abuse at Heather and called her an
"ungrateful b***h". He also allegedly refused to let her breastfeed after
their daughter Beatrice was born, saying: "They are my breasts. I don't want
a mouthful of breast milk".

Just days before the couple split, the 38-year-old claims Paul threw a
bottle of red wine over her, then "lunged at her with the broken, sharp stem
of the wine glass, which pierced her arm and left a scar".

The papers say Heather - who lost a leg in a road accident in 1993 - was
forced to crawl on her hands and knees up the steps of a plane because Paul
had failed to make the necessary arrangements.

Sir Paul's spokesman refused to comment on the allegations, but is said to
be "shocked and devastated" by the claims and will contest them in their £1
billion divorce battle.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "He denies the claims
completely and cannot believe he would ever be accused of such behaviour. He
's absolutely furious. He only ever cared for her."

Wait, she’s talking about an incident in 2002 - wasn’t that the year she married Paul?  I think she’s full of shit on most of it - and if not, I’m sure the bitch deserved half of it.  She saw an opportunity and grabbed it.  She really is the C word that woman.

In my opinion I think she is full of sh*t. I think she is making the sh*t up to gain sympathy so she can win all the $$$$ she is asking for. I know we do not know what went on behind closed door but I just think she is creating this bullsh*t to win the divorce case. Lots of people do this kind of crap when going through a divorce. Well, all i can say is that i think that for you all to cry out foul without knowing the truth is lame of you to do. Just because hes a music legend, does not make him perfect or incapable of commiting these horrified acts. I too, was emotionaly and sometimes physicaly abused. Definetly verbaly abused on a daily basis so maybe thats why im giving her a benefit of the doubt. Sure, she could be making all this up, and thats a possibility, but from experience, the way she has detailed these accusations, lead me to believe that she is telling some sort of truth. Of course we don’t know for sure, she should take a lie detector test on that one show to prove her story. I hope she is not making all this up because if she is, its horrible and i think she should face jail time. I just think that she really could be telling the truth. When you are in a bad relationship, sometimes you get so trapped and feel as though you can’t get out. I remember the smallest of details from my trama with the guy that out me through hell and back. I dealt with it for many, many ,many years. And no body would even believe all he did to me. So i know a wolf can be in sheeps clothing. I just don’t think that you all should jump to conclusions.

Ms. Sleepy - Paul was married for over thirty years to Linda Eastman who never looked like she would put up with any bullshit from him.  There never was a scandal with them in all that time (I’m old enough to remember when they got married way back when) They had a wonderful marriage, barely being a night or two away from each other all those years, and then all of a sudden he turns into a physical abuser?  I don’t think so.  I appreciate what you are saying but this woman is not a good person to start out with - her background is certainly far from her playing the innocent one now.
