It’s the dreaded water retention in the face with pregnancy with some women. She needs to lay off on the salty stuff. I know, I had this when I was preggo and it’s not fun. Should go away almost immediately after delivery…

seriously some of you guys are nasty. Its not funny for any woman when she is preg… and her body starts changing.. Just live her alone.

She is definitely pregnant! And it isn’t water retention in her face, otherwise her legs would look like tree trunks too as much time as she spends on her feet. I have always found that when a pregnant woman’s face spreads out around the cheekbone/nose area, she is going to have a boy. I have read old wives’ tales of the opposite. She is rumored to be carrying twins, so maybe she will have BOTH! There is NO WAY she is NOT pregnant!

Everyone with a brain knows that when you’re PREGNANT, your body, and even your face go through CHANGES ... I don’t see the big deal, she’s a woman.

Probably a combination of water retention, a little weight gain and allergies or a slight cold.  My allergies made me crazy when I was pregnant.  I often had a puffy face.  Unless she also just oiled her legs, it looks like she is wearing sheer support hose as well.

I vote edema & allergies.

She is having a girl for sure. You know when your face changes you are having a girl. Your face stays the same when you are having a boy.

Your heart, lungs, brain, every system in your body is affected. It may look easy outwardly, but internally, it’s quite hard on a woman to carry a fetus.

I can’t believe people are still excited by annoncing judgement on whether she’s really pregnant. Where have these people been? Haven’t we known for months? She doesn’t need to make an announcement for people to see the obvious for some time now. Please. LOL

And yes, it’s very hard on a body to carry a baby. I think she’s got twins via IVF.

I know a woman who’s face changed very badly…her nose got really wide, she broke out into massive acne and she had a boy. I don’t think she looks weird here she just looks pregnant.

Wow, JLO is not just a bit puffy, she’s grown a snout. I knew a pregnant lady who grew an extra arm out of her face. We were sure she was going to have a boy. Even that arm that grew out of her face was bloated. OMG.

Twins. Takes extra fluid to protect two babies. Whenever they have a growth spurt you get a bit puffier and it shows in your face more. That part’s occasional. But losing sleep once two start kicking lasts the rest of the time! She looks gorgeous—happy, in love, and having one of her dreams come true. All I can think about her is that she and the babies continue to be healthy. I agree with everyone who said to leave her alone except for those wishes.

First of all, she got lip injections so her mouth looks funny.  I think that’s really what’s throwing everyone off.  And then there’s water retention.  I don’t think she would have surgery while pregnant, but I have to say it looks kind of like she had a facelift !

I can totally relate to her.  I’m not having twins, but at almost 7 months pregnant, my face & body have drastically changed & I’m having a boy.  She looks good.  The body morph due to pregnancy is all worth it.

Jennifer looks very beautiful and happy and I love her. I don’t care if she’s fat, what matters is that she is a great singer and who saw her in the press conference she did in the Bronx last week.
