Ahhh. So looks like that John Travolta story concerning that male massage therapist has a lawsuit to go with it. And it's juicer than YOU can ever imagine. The 43-year-old masseur is simply listed as John Doe in the civil complaint filed against actor John Travolta for assult, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Here's a little rundown:

-- During the first hour of massage, John Travolta pushed down his towel to reveal half his buttocks at least 10 times.

--John initiated inappropriate contact by rubbing Doe's leg, and eventually touched his scrotum and the shaft of his penis and "seized on to it". John apologized and played like it was just a misunderstanding. John then sat up on the massage table and wanted to do a reverse massage. Doe claims John then said: "Come on dude, I'll jerk you off!"

--John convinced the masseuse to stay by telling him he'd behave himself. But John decided to take off his towel and masturbate in which the therapist noticed the hardness, size, and penis region (all on page 5 of the lawsuit). John went on to reveal how he wasn't even gay at first, but it's the Hollywood way and divulged plenty of back door details about his Hollywood past and present.

-- As a last ditch effort, John tried to seduce Doe into a three way with a sexy Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to be double penetrated.

-- John called the male therapist a "loser" and "selfish" but paid him $800 -- double the fee.
