Justin Timberlake got slimed at the 20th Annual Nickelodeon Kids' Choice
Awards on Saturday (03.31.07).

The singer, who hosted the show, had vowed to "break the slime barrier" and
escape being covered in green goo - a tradition at the popular ceremony -
but ended up being gunged twice at the beginning and the end of the show.

Justin had earlier boasted: "You'll never get a drop of slime on old J.T."



The 'SexyBack' star - who won favorite Male Singer - wasn't the only
celebrity to be covered in slime at the event.

Mandy Moore and 'Spider-Man' star Tobey Maguire were among the others
celebrities who also got covered in slime.

Despite his victory, Justin was defeated in another of the event's
traditions - losing his title of best burper. The defending belcher champion
was challenged to a live burp-off with the 12,000- strong audience, and
lost.

Justin said: "Tonight I went head-to-head with every kid in the audience and
I don't know if I stood a chance. They came in strong and I gave it a go but
it just wasn't good enough."

am I the only one who thinks it’s creepy that little kids who still think slime and cartoons are funny probably dance around to “Sexyback” and “Lovestoned?”

Noooo..Katxyz.  I was thinking the same thing.  How old is the majority of this group?  Apparently 11 to 16.  Maybe the beat of the song is what they are interested in because it sure can’t be the lyrics and if it is…I don’t want to think about that.

Well it is the kids choice not the adults and i wouldn’t chose half of those people. And britney’s sister makes britney look like her grandmother.

Wow, Britney’s sister is really pretty. I wonder if she has talent? And I have to say, I am by no means a Justin Timberlake fan, but I really give the celebrities who participated credit. I really find it refreshing when stars kind of step out of their element and act goofy and don’t act so picture perfect in front of the cameras. I didn’t watch it, but I’m sure J.T. was a great host for the kids, so he has moved up a little in my book.
