She looks to be about a size zero. Zero is not a size - it’s nothing, non-existant, a negative in the atmosphere.  People who strive to be a zero - do not really want to be seen afterall. I say - stop giving her praise and attention - good, bad or other wise and she will go away and when she re-appears she will look normal (size) again.  She may even have had a chance to see her hair dresser!

I think the key is getting that “doll” away from Orlando…...

Jesus! I understand the whole “Hollywood pressure” thing about being thin, but isn’t it all about being attractive as well? It’s hard for me to think that ANYONE can find that shit attractive.

Hey! I wear a size zero and I’m not near as bony as this bitch!  Just because you are a size zero does not mean you are malnourished.  I’m naturally petite (5’4”) and trust me I can eat a lot.

But you can really see, by looking at her hair, among other things, that she’s malnourished.

If she keeps starving herself she’s going to end up in the hospital, dead, or cause irreversable health problems~ Karen Carpenter did this kindof crap and her heart just finally gave up and she died of heart failure at 33…you NEED nutrients from FOOD to LIVE~ I wish I could explain this to these starlets~ Your body needs a little bit of fat on it to be healthy~ A little bit of meat on the bones is always a good thing I say… A body can only put up with so much abuse…I certainly hope that Kate and these other starlets wake up and realize what they’re doing and stop before it’s too late

OK there are some serious issues with posters on here.  One saying that she is thinner than Kate “Bonesworth” (<—love it) and that she isn’t bragging just saying.  WTF, how could you think that being THINNER than that sack of bones could possibly be considered bragging!?  You’re self-image is seriously skewed.

Some of you others are defending size 0’s.  Yeah, I know a few who are healthy and just happen to be small.  But most people aren’t designed to be that small.  And some people do have bony chests like her, but the key with celebrities is to always look back at old pictures.  For example, those old 16 year old pics of angelina still had ridiculously ginormous lips, so that’s probably natural.  But as femme-fatale pointed out with that pic, KB wasn’t always so bony. 

And besides, it’s not about what looks best, it’s about what sells the most.  Right now the most selling thing is who is thinner, that’s why every other week the tabloids have some crazy anorexia story on their covers.

I don’t know what to say..Kate, Nicole, Lindsey, Mary Kate, Keira, Victoria Beckam. These chicks need to seriously get help. When they began their respective careers, they were thin, yes, but not stick-thin. Nicole was more filled out, but compared to the average person still on the petite side. Not overweight by any means.
I agree pretty soon they will all belong to the “Karen Carpenter” club if they don’t eat.

She is dealing with some type of illness. It could be an eating disorder, drug addiction, or some type of medical condition. Her hair is unhealhty looking and NO ONE should have protruding bones sticking out—anywhere. Eating disorders can be stress related as well. What a hot mess…

Check the Blue Crush pics. She always had that kind of hair. Cam Diaz and Paris have thinner hair and neither one is anorexic. It’s just called baby-fine hair! We’re just used to seeing everyone with extensions 24/7.

I think she looks absolutely gorgeous. You can say that’s “skewed” or whatever, but unfortunately, in today’s world, thin IS in. I think you’re supposed to see some kind of bone because i am faarr from too skinny and at times i can see my front chest bones and my collar bones are very out there…remember i am far from size 0. Some people are naturally skinny but this girl came in the sore bragging that she wore a 0 and she looked like nicole r. But anyways, there’s a difference between normal and skinny and hollywood skinny. The rest of the body will go along with the weight not looking skeletal and sickly in the face. Seeing many many bones is not healthy or sexy. Kate b. is clearly not supposed to look like that and i don’t see how men want to be with something like that and not a woman with some curves.

She isn’t starving herself, she is shoving coke up her nose, which means she doesn’t have an appetite. She’ll be eating loads of crap, but when you take so much coke, the weight doesn’t stay on. The majority of stars like kate are taking drugs to remain this thin. This isn’t a controlled diet, full of exercise and good thing. It’s drugs. Incidentally Orlando takes cocaine too. It’s been recent thing for the couple.
