Courtney Love reportedly won't buy Kate Moss' house because it is "depressing" and "a mess".
The former Hole singer, who looked around Kate's north London property once before, backed out of plans to purchase the mansion after a second inspection left her "horrified".
Courtney is said to have told friends the three-bedroom house wasn't worth the $7 million price tag because it is in such poor condition.
One pal told Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Courtney had a viewing and wasn't convinced, but Kate persuaded her to take a second look. That was when Courtney noticed the house was in a state - with scratched floors and old-looking plug sockets. She said it was a mess and she would need to clean it up.
"Courtney said the magnolia and pink walls made the house look depressing and sterile. She told Kate the house wasn't worth $7 million because of the redecorating."
The 43-year-old rocker even disapproved of the supermodel's art collection, which includes a print of the late Sex Pistols rocker Sid Vicious and a vampire painting.
The source added: "There was a painting of Sid Vicious in the bathroom, which Kate said was valuable, and she offered to throw it in. But Courtney said she couldn't bathe with Sid hanging over her."
Last month, Courtney was reportedly banned from London's Claridge's Hotel after starting a fire in her $2260-per-night suite on her last visit.
In July, the rocker celebrated her 43rd birthday by allegedly getting drunk and "wildly" wrecking her $1,000-a-night Covent Garden Hotel suite.
Meanwhile Kate has been causing hell for neighbors at her friend's place in a posh UK neighborhood with late night partying.

Neighbors in leafy St John's Wood say their lives have been "made hell" after Kate Moss moved in with hellraising pal Davinia Taylor.
The 33-year-old supermodel is staying at Davinia's London home while she moves out of her nearby house, but the pair have been driving their neighbours crazy with their late-night partying.
The pair were out every night last week, and returned to Davinia's to keep on partying.
But their music, chattering and singing have not gone down too well with the folks in the multi-million pound mansions in the posh street.
One neighbor, Diane Mackintosh, 61, says the pair have infuriated the whole street.
She said: "I don't want anything to do with them. Since they've come it's been impossible to live here.
"Everybody's been complaining, especially those with children. I can assure you everyone on this street is angry. I've written to the MP and the police, everyone I can think of.
"It's been absolute hell since they came over. They sleep all day and go out all night.
"My son is going to write them a letter explaining the trouble they have caused."
Her ex Pete Doherty said he was headed for death if he didn't stop f&*#ing around with bad drugs.
