Lindsay Lohan has checked out of rehab for the safe zone.

The actress officially left Malibu's Promises center on Friday (07.13.07),
after "successfully completing her 45 days of residential and extended care"
for alcoholism.

Lindsay's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnick released a statement on
Sunday (07.15.07), saying: "She has transitioned to an intensive outpatient
program, which includes attendance at daily Alcoholic Anonymous meetings,
outpatient therapy and daily testing.

"On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to
wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In part she is wearing the bracelet so
there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or
dining in a place where alcohol is served."




Lindsay celebrated her release by partying at Las Vegas' Pure Nightclub,
where she abstained from alcohol and sipped on energy drinks instead.

Zelnick added: "She's doing great. Lindsay is working hard on her sobriety
and we are all supporting her."

Lindsay entered rehab for the second time this year following her arrest for
DUI (driving under the influence) in May.





Meanwhile Lindsay Lohan is set to take legal action after naked photographs of her
were stolen.

The 'Mean Girls' actress has been left fuming after a computer hacker stole
racy pictures taken of her by on/off lover Calum Best.

Lindsay wrote on her internet message board: "All I know is that someone
broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying they had the
pictures Calum took of me naked. My lawyer knows about it.

"If I ever found out who broke into my computer, he is in big s**t."

Lindsay has instructed her legal team to ensure the intimate images are
never released on the internet as she fears they could ruin her career.

The star has been dating the British model since earlier this year and
invited him to her 21st birthday party earlier this month.

She actually looks decent with regular clothing on.

3. drinking underage

6. flashing her vagina by going commando under a short skirt/dress

I dont thnik shes that beautiful and talented.  The only Lindsay movie i saw is freaky firday and she was always doing the same faces,  Especially the big-angry-eyes expression.  Not surprise that she looks like having a wrinkle between her eyebrow, at 21!!!  Everything Gambitgirl describes, thats what made her famous. Not her talent and beauty.

My uncle was a recovering drunk.  After going to rehab, the last place he wanted to be was at a club.  Rehab changed his life- he took up new activities and has been sober for over 10 years.
I think it is such a joke that the day after she leaves rehab she is back at the club-  she should be in a position where she turns her nose up at drinking (learned at rehab) - all I can say is relapse coming soon!

Doesn’t Blohan realize that she shouldn’t be out at clubs where there’s a huge temptation to drink and do drugs while she’s in an “intensive outpatient program”? She’ll relapse in no time. The bracelet has two separate parts:  The first part contains a sensor pack, which tests vapor as it migrates through the skin in order to measure for alcohol consumption. These tests occur on a pre-determined schedule that is customized by the monitoring agency.  The second part contains electronics for tamper detection and system control, as well as collecting, storing, and transferring data via an RF link. A tamper detection strap acts as an electronic link between the two parts and secures the bracelet to the client’s ankle.
