errrrr…back up and try again, madonna!  For someoen we were used to seeing do great reinventions of herself, it looks like she is trying hard to go BACK to an old trick. The sacrelig thing has been done too much to the point it no longer works. There has to be something new she can create. COME ON!

this doesn’t seem right for some reason.

Is she STILL trying to offend and shock us?  Times have changed Madge!  You just look stupid now - leave the good offensive tricks to Dave Chapelle and Wondershowzen.

The whole show looks fucked.  Dancers wearing the Hannibal Lector balls in their mouths - yuk.

Granted, what I saw was only on television reporting her show, but she looked like some very old lady dressed in a stupid looking body sock, slinking in the halls of her nursing home!

She has taken very good care of her body, and stayed in shape. But, the reward for that is NOT an eternally youthful body, but a muscular looking old body. She could make a good match for Jack Lalane (name-??).

She needs to reinvent herself to something that is age appropriate, to continue her greatness. Now, she just looks sad!

Maddonna being on cross. Is that the price you pay for being boned by Dennis Rodman, Jose Cannesco, and half the Miami Heat basktball team?

imagine what xtina will be doing in 20 odd years…

well, it is for her tour and it’s not like the video screens will be high definition.

her bod looks hard as a rock, but it is hard to be age appropriate on a pop tour.

I miss the Madonna of the ‘80s!

I’m an atheist and stuff.. so I obviously don’t believe in religion or anything. But, I must agree, this does seem kinda wrong.

Who does she think she is with a crown of thorns on her head and mocking Jesus on the Cross??? She was raised a Catholic and she has no respect for Christianity. I thought she was a b*tch before but now she’s just not tolerable! I mean what has she sacraficed or given the world for her to “compare” or even suggest that she’s a diety!? I find her disgusting!

SHE IS NOT A CHRISTIAN ANYMORE SO I DONT GIVE A FK WHAT SHE SAYS OR THINKS ABOUT CHRISTIANITY. SHE HAS ISSUES WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND ALWAYS HAS. I JUST THINK THIS TRICK IS TRITE AT THIS POINT. SHE USED IT TOO MUCH IN THE 80’S AND 90’S. SHE COULD LOOK CUTE AND STILL BE SOMETHING NEW. AND SEXY. WITHOUT LOOKING LIKE A HAS BEEN TRYING TO RECLAIM HER THRONE.  HER RAY OF LIGHT VIDEO IS A GOOD EXAMPLE.
PLUS I AM RATHER SICK OF CELEBS RANTING ABOUT CRAP LIKE RELIGION and politics instead of doing what we pay them for which is entertaining us.

See, i just commented on how she needs to sit her old ass down somewhere. And all the stuff she did, that cross should’ve caught straight on fire with her on it.

To all of these people saying negative things about this woman’s success and abilities, I just need to say that you have no clue.  Madonna continues to shock because if you have not noticed, there are articles about her all over the news.  She completely SUCCEEDS at what she is doing as been doing so for more than 20 years.  For all those who criticize her age, you will also be old one day and will most likely fail to look HALF as good as Madonna.  Songs from the past are much more solid and continuously successful than anything being produced these days.
Also, I’m sure a “fiddy” cent (does he spell it sent of zend?) concert is much better (that is sarcasm if you didn’t notice).

Oh and as I read the messages about how criticizing the church is wrong, etc. I realize that people fail to recognize Madonna’s advocacy of the AIDS fight.  The church, (as well as your beloved Pope John Paul) did not fight in the 80s to protect those from the disease, adding to possible reasons why AIDS in Africa is so rampant today.  The church doesn’t care and it is nice to see that someone is attempting to mock what needs to be mocked.

Yeah, I think she’s pushing the limits here at trying to shock people.  Wonder what age she’s going to have to be before she grows up and stops that…....

she’s done the whole cross thing before…
she needs to retire
i hope nobody goes to her fuckin shows.

The whole “cross thing” has been done before.  Why stop???  Why do you care if she does it again then???  If she dares reture who the hell will initiate good music and style? Britney Spears?  Yeah, that’s just what i want (bleh!).

Uh…everybody does not share the same views about her, as well as some other celebrities.

I just wonder what tricks she’s gonna have in the next 5 or 10 years.

Last I checked, no one singer had a lock on initiating good music and style. She represents what you consider good music and style.

Fortunately, there are others who represent my and others idea of the same. And, other new people coming along regularly!

Seems like it isn’t too much to ask that performers create new material and ideas every 20 years or so….
