Madonna is struggling to hire a nanny to help her care for her adopted son

The 'Hung Up' singer - who adopted the 15-month-old Malawian boy in
October - has been interviewing candidates since Christmas but cannot find a
nanny who will adhere to her strict rules which includes no television and
no visitors.

A source told Britain's Mail On Sunday newspaper: "Madonna has been
interviewing people and has used her friends Stella McCartney and Gwyneth
Paltrow, who both have children, to help her find a suitable employee. But
she hasn't been able to find anyone.

"She is panicking a bit as she has yet to find someone who is prepared to
adhere to her strict lifestyle.

"Madonna doesn't believe in television. Whoever gets the job has also been
warned they will be working flat out for the first three months and won't be
allowed any visitors."

The 48-year-old singer - who splits her time between London and Los
Angeles - already has a host of minders to help her look after her daughter,
ten-year-old Lourdes, and son Rocco, six.

The job is said to be well paid but the nanny will be expected to live in a
single room of Madonna's London townhouse, and, as her children aren't
allowed to watch TV, they will not be allowed to own a television.

Meanwhile rumor has it Madonna is steaming over Angelina Jolie's comments that she adopted David from a country where adoption is illegal.

According to The Mail, Jenny Shimizu, a 39-year-old model, will allege that Madonna flew her around the world for secret liaisons before she married the film director Guy Ritchie. Their affair, she says, coincided with an equally passionate fling with Angelina Jolie.



Jenny is in the works of writing a no-holds-barred book in which she will describe in graphic detail how she was a lover of the actress and the singer at the same time.

I love the fact that Jenny is now coming out with scoop on Madonna now.  Madonna tends to forget, while acting “shocked” that young Hollywood is running around commando, that she posed nude hitchhiking on a busy thoroughfare somewhere for her Sex book, among other poses.  She really has become a hypocrite in her old age.

However, she should know this. About 3 years ago, I was at a park with the girl I used to Nanny, and Lourdes and Rocco were there too.  Whoever brought them there was on the phone the ENTIRE time and wasn’t even near them or watching them….THAT’s money well spent.

I’ll definately buy Jenny’s non-fiction book!  If what Colin Farrel said about Angelina’s bedroom antics is true, Jenny’s story about them sharing time in AJ’s Cambodian hide-away should be a blockbuster….talk about kinkey!!!
Madonna now is no surprise , she’s been way open about her sexuality since she first hit big time, no doublt that is why her children aren’t allowed access to entertainment news, or television. Double standard huh Madge?

I wonder if rocco and lourdes will by the biggest tv they can find when they head off to college or something, if they go. I know if i was deprived of something for soo long, i’m gonna do what i want when i leave.  And what is soo bad about not watching tv but getting paid damn good money? I can see where they may not want to do it because of the no visitors thing for months at a time, they have family as well. But it’s not like tv is a priority, but if she would’ve said no internet…then screw that job.

so her kids can’t even watch cartoons. how sad is that. reading is good and all but i’m sure they’d enjoy some nickelodian and disney shows. i bet that job pays very very well but u might go crazy stuck in london away from friends w/ no tv w/ 2 brats running around all day. i’d still do it for like a year to pay some bills off.
