The man who claims he was robbed by O.J. Simpson has just spoken exclusively to TMZ.

Alfred Beardsley, a sports memorabilia collector, says Simpson and his posse pretended to be customers who wanted to buy the suit Simpson wore when he was acquitted.

Beardsley says they entered the room and two men drew guns. He said Simpson was calling the shots during the alleged robbery.

Earlier today, Simpson told the AP he didn't break in the room, he just took what was his.

O.J. Simpson said Friday that he was just trying to reclaim sports memorabilia belonging to him when he was involved in an incident in which police later named him a suspect.

Simpson told the Associated Press that he had been conducting a "sting operation" to collect memorabilia belonging to him when he was escorted into a hotel room at the Palace Station casino.

Simpson said an auction house owner called him several weeks ago to say some collectors "have a lot of your stuff and they don't want anyone to know they are selling it."

Simpson, who was in Las Vegas for a friend's wedding, arranged to meet auction house owner Tom Riccio.



He denied breaking into the room, and said no weapons were used.

"Everybody knows this is stolen stuff," Simpson said. "Not only wasn't there a break-in, but Riccio came to the lobby and escorted us up to the room. In any event, it's stolen stuff that's mine. Nobody was roughed up."

"What I can't understand is these guys are in a room trying to fence stolen goods and I'm the story," he said.

KVBC-TV reporter Angela Martin said a man, whom she did not identify by name, had told her that Simpson and four others had entered a hotel room, with Simpson demanding he return what Simpson said were sports memorabilia stolen from him years ago.

The man said the discussion eventually got heated, but that the incident was not a break-in, Martin reported.

"I was told by Mr. Beardsley that he was robbed at gunpoint by O.J. Simpson in a hotel room in Las Vegas," said Fred Goldman lawyer David Cook. "He has given a report to the Las Vegas police."

As for OJ? Who cares? And why couldn’t his legal team have at least instructed him better on proper courtroom etiquette?

O.J is such a fucking douchy criminal. He should have been in prison years ado! He always has that smug ass look on his face, like “haha, fuckers, I got you all!” Well he’s not fooling anyone.

Anything involving O.J. Simpson is outright scary and totally crazy! O.J. is disgusting and just an all around awful person. His attitude is smug and very “In Your Face!” The silly thing is that there are people who still stand behind him and believe in him no matter how many times he shows he is scum of the earth.
Authorities should just take the alleged stolen memorabilia and label it as evidence. That was no one can claim it until an investigation is done. Like, did O.J. ever report these things stolen years ago? How did Mr. Beardsley come to have possession of the items…etc….
