The pop superstar appeared on stage during an episode of America's Got Talent, which husband Nick Cannon hosts. Introducing his wife to viewers, Cannon exclaimed, "Make some noise for the amazing Mariah Carey!" She then belted out her new single Obsession as a troupe of backing dancers performed alongside a dazzling light show. Cannon joined her when she finished her performance and, after pulling her in for an embrace, he declared, "...I am obsessed with this beautiful girl right here. It's all about Mariah." Carey then shifted the attention back to her husband of 15 months by cooing, "...It's your show, I'm just so happy to be here." Her partner continued, "See that's why I love her. She's modest, she's beautiful - ladies and gentlemen, my soulmate, Mariah Carey." The 39-year old then leaned on Cannon as he continued to present the show, before pinching his butt as they walked off stage together.
