Marilyn Manson says he is the vampire of love.

The 38-year-old goth rocker - who is dating 19-year-old actress Evan Rachel
Wood - says he preys on young women and wants to "consume" them.

Marilyn said in a magazine interview: "I've always though that association,
with the romanticism of vampires, was a bit too obvious a fit for me.

"But a vampire is only something that can be killed by stabbing it through
the heart. And that's my weakness, metaphorically.



"Love can destroy you. But also a vampire is a character that only comes out
at night-time, and ultimately preys on young women. And drinks blood.

"This idea of consuming someone, whether it's literal or a metaphor, is
quite romantic."

The controversial star also revealed he uses caviar as part of an
extravagant sex game.

He said: "I can order caviar and throw it away. That's decadent, isn't it? I
did it last night! The record company were paying though. And there was sex
involved."



Meanwhile Marilyn Manson and lover Evan Rachel Wood had real sex in his latest music
video, it has been claimed.

The 38-year-old goth rocker and Wood, 19, reportedly refused to fake a
lengthy sex sequence in Manson's new music promo for 'Heart-Shaped Glasses'.

A source close to the production crew told Radar magazine: "They elected not
to fake their intercourse. Though their genitals are concealed on-screen by
bedclothes and each other's bodies, the video was originally intended to be
shot in 3D, meaning their sex had to be shot from several different angles
simultaneously. That meant the crew saw everything.

"And just to be sure they got it right, they got it on three times for the cameras.



"The Christian parents will be sharpening their steak knives for him."

The rocker's representative has denied the sex scenes were real, saying:
"It was simulated sex."

In another scene, Wood - dresses as fictional teenage seductress Lolita -
rubs her crotch while watching Manson perform on stage.

The video also features a shot of Wood lying drenched in blood.

Interscope record label are said to be releasing a toned down version of the
video.
