Nicole Richie has allegedly collapsed on the set of 'The Simple Life' for
the second time.

The star- who was briefly hospitalized for dehydration after collapsing on
set on March 2 - is reported to have collapsed again at around 4pm on
Wednesday (03.14.07) on location in Malibu.

A source told the New York Daily News: "She was taken to her trailer
immediately. But she came around, so the crew didn't call an ambulance. She
spent the rest of the day in her trailer and left Paris to complete the
day's filming."

Nicole, 25, is also said to have had trouble "walking and speaking clearly"
while filming the fifth series of her reality show with close friend Paris
Hilton.

Series co-creator Jon Murray said: "There were a couple times when Nicole
felt a little woozy and she sat down for a moment, but we continued within
five to ten minutes.

"She had a dehydration thing earlier in filming, but she's been doing much
better since then."

Former heroin addict Nicole, the adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie,
has sought nutritional advice after experiencing dramatic weight loss.

She is also currently facing charges of Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
after she was stopped by police in December for driving the wrong way on a
California Highway. She admitted to police she had smoked marijuana and
taken the strong painkiller Vicodin.

For the latest series of 'The Simple Life' she and Paris, 26, are acting as
camp counselors.

If her lips get any bigger they’re going to swallow up her entire face! Stop with the injections girl!

That spot could be just light reflection but this picture really bring the true light on how weird her face looks. Sometimes she looks ok and other times she looks….like this.

It appears having a bad complexion is a plus among celebs, or wannabe celebs who’ve never done a damn thing.

Jeez…she has a booger in her nose..who gives a shit. Now the bangs…not a big fan.

Just fire the sack of bones already! Why do they give them special treatment. Us regular folk can’t just take 15 minute breaks on the hour just cuz we don’t eat.

Nicole really needs to get help & stop getting dehydrated. She needs to stop denying she has a problem & eat more

the bangs are cute. Her face still resembnles a bulldog sort of.  And she needs to friggin eat already. this is not cute.  But the media were calling her fat ass all the time when she was normal.  She made it past christmas. How long do wew think she is going to live? Seriously….....

In that last pic, with the closeup that we’re supposed to think is coke, it looks to me more like she’s been crying.  Or, actually, IS crying.

Everything about her complexion in that last pic is different from the first two.  In the first two, she looks a little sad but her complexion is even, and her lip shade is about the same as her skin. In the last, her eyes are red, and the one covered by bangs looks tear-filled, what little I can see of it.  Blotchy face, her lips and nose look a little swollen, and her lower lip looks like it’s in the middle of a quiver.

She (and other celebs) wouldn’t be getting “dehydrated” if they’d maybe eat for once. You don’t see the healthier actresses (and actors) falling over because this “dehydration.”

She looks like she is about to cry in that picture…or she was crying…one or the other.  I doubt that is anything of illegal substance in her nose.  Cameras catch all sorts of little imperfections and things

That thing in her nose is simply a reflection of light from the flashbulbs. I love her new hairdo.
