Nicole Richie Gets 4 Days in Jail
TMZ reports:
A court commissioner sentenced Richie to serve four days in the City or County Jail (her choice!) -- she got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being busted.
Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course and on three years probation.
Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.
The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter.

I think that’s fair
She’s insecure and fell pregnant to try and keep Joel….........It’s obvious. She’s never had a stable, long-term relationship in her life. Every man that she has been with, has left her.
And she thought that her pregnancy might be the way for a man to stay.
Its sad.
She has no idea.

not to be persnickety but she wasn’t busted drunk driving…she was busted for driving under the influence (which could mean booze or drugs, in her case drugs).
and throw her bony ass in jail. at least we know she won’t be whining about the food like Paris, since she doesn’t eat.
She should be jailed for being one the ugliest people ever. But driving the wrong way on a freeway should constitute way more jail time than what Paris served.
3 years of probation is a long time to ask of a substance user; I highly doubt she’ll succeed the term. I work in the cj system (not California) and with all the random UA’s and searches, very very few can even make it through just 1 year of probation. If she is in a bar or place that serves alcohol, or hanging around other people of “questionable character” or that have pending criminal cases, it should be violation. Let’s hope the paparazzi gets some goods that puts her back in jail someday!

4 days is no surprise to me i’m not even pissed about it because it’s hollywood we’re talking about. And that picture makes me want to cry citizen. That has to be one of the most horrible things to go through when you was this beautiful person and all of a sudden you’re life is taken away from you because of some idiot. They still have life but who really is the same after having to life day by day like that?
