Paris Hilton has been seeing a Las Vegas nightclub entrepreneur Cy Waits (picture) for the past month.

The reality TV star has left gossips guessing about her dating status since splitting from on/off boyfriend Doug Reinhardt in March.

Hilton was spotted enjoying a night out with her former fiance Jason Shaw in Hollywood in April and admitted they're "very close".

She was then linked to Jersey Shore star Pauly D - but subsequently slammed the claims as false.

And now The Simple Life star is rumoured to be dating business mogul Waits, who co-owns several exclusive venues in Sin City, according to TMZ.com.

According to Las Vegas Sun:

“They’re taking it slow and sensibly, ” one of Paris’ friends revealed. “She’s happy, and that’s the most important thing. It’s not super-serious dating yet, but they’re seeing each other and getting to know each other better. She thinks he is very sweet, considerate and caring and loves the fact that he’s self-made.

“Nobody knows where this might lead. I don’t even think they do. Paris is so busy with this month’s launch of her new Tease fragrance inspired by the glamor and beauty of her own all-time idol Marilyn Monroe.”

Back in 2009 Paris said she was a strong woman who doesn't depend on a man. She plays hard to get so this relationship could just be a mini fling.
